I have to ask, why did it make you come to the conclusion that one SHOULD dominate others if capable?

I think it would have only confirmed what I already believe... that nobody should be capable of dominating someone else (if they don't want to be dominated).

No, its their choice, if they are luck they can survive. And I must say, people who fight back have a lot of courage or stupitidty, because when I saw the shotgun aimed to my head I almost **** myself.

Its not they should, its who is going to stop them? Mights makes right, you can see it in our own society. How many rich people have killed/raped/stolen/etc and nothing happened to ghem? Thats because they have the power, their victims were weak and can do nothing against them.

But you don't, even though there a lot of people who can do it. Because domination is not always most effective choice.

Ofc I did, when they told for everyone to put their hands in the heads, I did it and when they told everyone to give them all their money I did it too.

I was in a bus on a road, 4 guys invaded the bus, one started to drive it and the others 3 told to everyone to put their hands in the head and give them all our money, they had 2 shotguns and one pistola.
They kidnapped the bus, they said they would force everyone to go naked and if they found more money they would kill that person. They wanted to drive it to a dirt road but it was blocked by a gence, when they tried to overrun it the bus got stuck in the mud, w when they saw it wouldn't budge they left saying if someone looked at the window they would put fire in the bus.

I did leave room for the demented human who seeks pleasure from overpowering others.  There are surely Empires who took this route as well.

to continue with the example of Rome, they ended up with their empire largely by accident at first, they then continued conquering in many places purely to suit personal ambition like Caesar's conquest of Gaul (which was roundly criticized by his fellow Romans) hell in some cases they were gifted land on the death of other kings.

 

The lands that housed the most feared of barbarians (Germania and the plains beyond Pannonia) were hardly ever touched.
