I hope there will be clubs to wander into and start dancing. There might not. As long as the PCs dancing doesn't end up being regarded as canonically bad the way Shepard's was, I can head canon that they're a good dancer no matter how it looks. 

 

Imagine them turning dancing into some kind of mini game where you can fail or succeed. People would probably hate it.

It might have a toggled dimmer or something. Wouldn't be surprised.  You know, press a button and swoosh, the opacity changes.

I truly cannot imagine how that location fits into the whole Andromeda story. It looks very "Citadel-ish" and I don't think the Milky Wayers  have been in Andromeda long enough to build something that big.

I mean, I hope so. I assumed there would be a brothel in DAI, and was surprised that there wasn't. I want to be careful not to assume that all the little staples of the past will come back this time.

It's not. It's part of a series of concept arts for the next game They shown last year.
Furthermore, They retweeted it after E3 with other concepts and HD shots from MEA trailer. It's definitely a concept for MEA.
