Can it stagger a Phantom in a single shot. If not, see how many shots and there's you answer.

It takes a Krogan backhand for it to do any decent damage and/or force...

If used on a Batarian or a Turian it can hit very much like a baseball bat. On Topic, I love this gun on the Justicar or AIU ..People have tried to kick me for using it on the AIU...I wish I could post the messeges I got about it.

Of course, it's because it's the right hand. The right hand is always more OP.

- See topic called "Disciple Weapon Force
- Remember the recent Asari Shotgun Squad thread
- Come in here expecting a team of all Disciple Users, since I had a setup to share.
- I am dissapoint.
... I'll share my setup anyways. I use the Disciple on my Alt account Melee Smashguard. Between Biotic Charge, Disciple, and the Heavy Melee, I can't hold all that stagger.
... what? I don't have a lot to work with, give me a break. Sure, I have the Harrier II but I don't want to run it on every single kit!

^ Yes,, it should work very well on the smash guard since he should be played with heavy power focus, and Disciple only used to stagger things in between power use. Also can double as an omniblade carrier if you like to use his stagger radius heavy melee in between as powers as well.

What I'm getting from all these answers is that it's interesting to finally find some head-knowledge that no one apparently knows precisely. Rare thing these days.

^ Yeah right. Still enough things to figure out that I'm still waiting for answers. Just that all the data miners are gone or lost interest.

I don't think it has force per-se. I think it only has some sort of modifier to be able to cause stagger. Similary to how some weapons can gib heads and some not, no matter what damage they do.

I was kinda thinking something similar too. Like maybe even RNG related.

It's more just a chance on hit to stagger, which each unit has their own resistance against it. It makes posting any actual numbers just a mess of math.
Although the Disciple has the highest stagger chance of any weapon in the game.

So how come the Falcon staggers on every hit and Disciple does not?
Or do you have only hit scan weapons in mind?

It only counts for hitscan weapons.
Projectile weapons are cheating bastards that always stagger when possible =P

I'm curious what percentage that chance is.

It varies for each gun, but the Disciple's base stagger rate looks to be 100%.
That's before a unit's individual resistance though, so it wont stagger absolutely every time.
