And how many elven Templars we have?

No a Templar will be kicked out, there is no "court marshal". Samson for example was kicked out. Stop stretching please. The fact that the Dalish move due to Templars is reason enough since everything else being discussed happened in the past but Templars hunting dalish mages is contemporary and still in memory.

Few, still they exist.

Thats not how military works, desobedience in war times doesnt get you kicked only. Show one example of Templars hunting Dalish mages, because I know you will not have one. The only time templars get in conflict with the Dalish in the series was when they harbored Fenryiel, they ueens hunting Dalish mages.

I think such incident had place in da redemption where templars came for their keeper , but well it was da redemption and there is quite few inconsistencies with lore in it.

Well to be honest we don't know if it is canon or not as to its credit it was advertised by bioware on this forum if i recall and bioware never said anything about it being canon or not.

Velanna and Merril say they had to move because of Templars.

Also very, very few elvem Templars since we had three games and still no sign of them. They are as rare as dwarf Tenmplars.

Still they never said they were attacked by templars.

Yes they are rare, still they arent mistreated.

Because the Dalish can see them coming due to knowing the forests better than them, its always smarter to move. So yes. Making their lives considerably harder.

The only thing we have to go by on non-human Templars is a note from both Gaider and Laidlaw on Twitter saying "Non-human recruits such as elves are not barred from joining the templars, but are not common in their ranks".

Since there has yet to be any non-human Templar in any of the games, it's a bit silly to assume anything about how they are treated or whether they would be attacking their own people.

We've only had a Dwarf Templar in Last Flaght. Beyond that, no non-humans even in the EU.

I remember a couple years ago someone took offense to me stating "there are no Elven knight-commanders, guaranteed". ahuehuehuehue

So by conscripting Templars, the biggest miss is that you don't get an agent?
whereas allying with mages/templars gets you fiona/barris?
