Frequently I have had problems with the game not reloading mah clips.

It goes through the whole reload animation(no reload canceling or other interruptions).

 The number and bar are filled up and the only time I can tell it failed to reload is when:

1) getting ammo, Like a mattock X holding 132 instead of the usual 120

2) when I fire the weapon it "fixes" itself and displays the correct ammo in the clip.

 

It happens mostly on the Phalanx, Mattock, and Wraith.

 

Is it a glitch or just  lag?

 

It's not fun running into a room on gold with a Wraith you THINK has two shots and then

you're face to face with a dragoon and an empty clip after you shot one time.

I find that's usually a result of lag.  It happens a lot more often when you are using the SMG Heat Sink - to the point were I was sometimes firing 5 round bursts from my Hurricane multiple times in a row, having to reload in-between each.

 

Also, I like your sig.  I'd forgotten about the whole Garrus/Norris thing.

Yeah I'm going to say lag as well. I had it happen to me today while playing a few laggy games

I find that's usually a result of lag.  It happens a lot more often when you are using the SMG Heat Sink - to the point were I was sometimes firing 5 round bursts from my Hurricane multiple times in a row, having to reload in-between each.

 

Also, I like your sig.  I'd forgotten about the whole Garrus/Norris thing.

 

I have noticed this a lot too, and it has gotten to the point where I never use the SMG Heat Sink any more because of that.  I wonder though - is this a problem for all SMG's, or does it only cause problems on the Hurricane (maybe the 2-ammo-per-shot thing is the source of the bug)?  Does anyone know?

I was using a pistol when the ammo wouldn't reload, so it's not exclusive to SMGs.

If you mean just the heat sink in particular, the two shot thing could be an issue. Though it still gets stuck without using the HS

Seems to be lag when reload canceling for me. Happened a bunch after a Host Migration in a game yesterday. Was playing Justicar with Disciple. Disciple kept getting 1 shot in the chamber instead of 4. Spent about 3 extra TCP's that match that I shouldn't've needed.

Just had a glich with not being able to fire mah (not so little) friends.

Weapon switching was instantaneous with no switching animation.
Unable to use normal melee.
Unable to use powers/consumables.

Heavy melee fixes it.

Suprised I didn't get a blue screen.

The problem seems to be lag in general.  But the Heat Sink makes it happen more often.  The Hurricane gets it far worse than the others when using the heat sink, so I'm guessing the 2-ammo thing is making it even worse. 

 

I just sort of got used to it, since at some level (I forget which) that my Hurricane was sitting at for a while, the other ammo mod gave me an odd number of ammunition, meaning that every time the clip ran out, there would actually be one shot left that the gun couldn't fire.  I ended up having to hit the reload button every time I burned through a clip, which got old fast.

I never use the HS for that reason off-host, it happens also when not using it but the HS seem to make it a lot worse. Not only for the Hurricane, but for SMGs in general.
