Finally got my ninth Plat solo (should technically be ten but whatever, **** you EA) and the one with the final class that I needed the Vanguard. (slight Edong moment) But anyways what would you say is the easiest to solo with for each class.

The ones I have done:

Adept: Justicarx2, Collector

Engineer: Talon Merc

Sentinel: Volus

Infiltrator: Drellx2

Vanguard: Turian

Soldier: Batarian

Trying to figure where I want to go from here, if I even want to try one with each character.

Adept: Justicar

Soldier: GT (BatSol is powerful too but flamer is just too easy)

Engineer: QME

Sentinel: Paladin

Infiltrator: TGI

Vanguard: Batarian brawler

If I were to pick a character to do a random plat solo, it wouldn't be any of these six.

Adept : the vanilla human would be my go-to kit, but I would say Collector, for more tankiness, massive AoE and DoT.

Soldier : Geth. Massive AoE and DoT with Flamer, strong dps, high shields and a dodge.

Engineer : QME. With Venom, he's an endless souce of stagger and explosions.

Sentinel : human, incendiary / Warp cheese and BE on anything, at any distance.

Infiltrator : TGI, because Stim Packs.

Vanguard : Cabal is probably the safest choice. Batguard or kroguard with Reegar aren't very difficult either, especially on maps with a good number of ramps.

adept: drell (reave+ grenadespam and absurd movement speed)

soldier: geth trooper (lamer+ wallhax+ AC5)

engineer: Talon (lolcainmines)

sentinel: paladin (broken snapcheese combos)

infiltrator: TGI and AIU about the same(lolstims/ RM)

vanguard: slayer (because abundant sync units make proguard slightly less invincible)

The kits easiest for me were:

Adept - Human

Soldier - GT

Engineer - Human (never bothered soloing with other engineer kits)

Sentinel - Paladin

Infiltrator - GI

Vanguard - Brawler

Adepts.. I am torn between both Asari...they are both so much fun.

Soldier. Toss up...I have done no-melee Juggy and flamer-less Geth trooper...but I still love the Destroyer.

Engineer: goes out-right to my girl the Female Quarian   .Enemy Spinach.

Sentinel: Obvious choice..Paladin..but I love soloing with KroLord against ANY faction.

Infiltrator: Me..Huntress 100%   she is how I got my first Gold solo done.

Vanguard: Slayer..hands down...AND OVERALL  ..fastest Gold solo I have ever done 18 minutes flat.

^^^ thats a great picture..Obviously I know but was making fun..she really is more of a soldier. even if you do a full PS power build..she is still a soldier. I love soloing with her against Cerberus on Jade..just circle the map using poison strike..every single weapon works with her cuz she's got racist Turian weapon passives.

Technically the Paladin is an engineer as well but whatever she is in the class Vanguard so I'm going to consider her a Vanguard. A lot of people forget her because she isn't a fat turian but she is one of the best tanks in the game. Also shameless plagiarism of Techno to get my like quota for the day.

I'm thinking if the TGI and AIU could make a child, it would be the most OP thing in the game to solo with. Snap Cheese > Triple Overload.

And I bet you any in-game credits that if BioWare were given another DLC chance, it would of happened.

I think the problem with him is that he's dependant on Reegar. If you use Reegar, you probably aren't meleeing much on plat. If you aren't meleeing, than you won't have rage DR and would probably be better off doing the exact same thing with the Brawler.

Moreover, both require being able to avoid syncs all game with a slow dodgeless character, easy in a team (and you don't normally fail if it happens anyway unless you have potato teammates) but actually requiring a little knowledge and finesse in a solo. Even as far as Vangards go, I think Slayer or Cabal is easier.

Cabal has a mix of combat and biotic powers. She meets the definition of a Vanguard. Not all of them have to have biotic charge, indeed that power didn't even exist in ME1.

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense since Battlemaster can have similar DR to the Brawler if you want, and has more health and shields to begin with.  And you have a better version of Charge.

You don't need to melee with either of them really.

Brawler gives you a little extra window to survive phantom shenanigans because of blade armor stagger.

Both are good. I haven't tried my shield restore build on Plat but on gold you can throw on shield restore gear with blade armor and fitness restore and run bonus charge with no real problems. By the time most things recover out of stagger shield recharge has kicked in and you're at full shields then can charge again, Scions are about the only issue.

I think it's more the presence of many sync-kills units that makes the Battlemaster not quoted often for the easiest vanguard to solo plat with.

You can't really charge sync kill enemies willy nilly with other Vanguards anyway.  And Battlemaster breaks 1000N on Charge easier.
