guys i have a serious problem,  i've done everything to fix it but nothing works.MY problem is when I choose log in at game it says i should first go online in origin window which i am,and because of this i can't import my saves from keep to game in creating a new game.i've tried uninstalling game and origin then install them again, reinstalling origin many times ,change my email and password in origin,flushing dns ,turning off firewall and my antivirus ..i did whatever suggestion i read about this problem but i still have same problem . any help??   oh and sorry if my english is poor

Just shooting in the dark here, but have you tried to simply restart Origin, right click it and "run as administrator"?

Hmm, But you can still connect to the Origin client correct?

yes i can connect and be online in origin but the game can't recognize that and said i should go online in origin window

Ok. It's hard for me to tell what the issue is without being there and see for myself, but it could be a port issue, maybe. So what I would do is to first update the necessary driver port - for reference I have an Intel based ethernet port, you may have a different one - and then go into the modem's system settings, either through a program or the internet, and check if UPnP is enabled and all ports to the servers are open. If all that fails I would update the firmware if available. If everything is updated, open and good to go and you still cannot connect to the EA servers I would... Actually I don't know what I would do then haha. Maybe call EA? I don't even know if it's a NAT issue though, but hey it's just an idea I'm throwing out here.

i've done everything you said but still having the same problem. i don't know what elso i could do,i hate keep, wish we could have import our choices directly from the saved game , like previous da games.think i should give up now ,

If the ports are open I'm not sure why the game tells you can't connect to the servers, or says you need to log-in in Origin. Have you tried calling them? I'm stumped, really.

 

Actually come to think about it, did you try right clicking the .exe in the game folder instead of launching it through Origin as admin?

yes i've done everything.my problem is the game can't recognize that i'm online in origin .yes i tried that too ,and in origin window origin show this game in non-origin games maybe that's a reason this problem happens.

ohhh, that's weird. Where did you buy the game? Dragon Age should be an EA games game so something strange must have happened. I think you should call them and tell them that your game is listed as a non-Origin game. As long as the game you bought has a valid license key they should be able to help you activate it if you're unable to yourself. I think this must be the problem here.
