Oh.

In defense of Jack, I think they just wanted to showcase her tats...Kind of gives her a feral look in a way as well. Peripherally, it's almost tiger stripe looking.

I don't think she's that oversexualized. She's got one of the prettiest faces, but they do a damn good job at pushing her away from players in other ways. A lot didn't have much patience for her. She's a little more complicated than being eye candy or something like that. So job well done, I think.

Even though her upper body is basically nude in ME2 in her default attire, even there I never felt that it made her overtly sexualized. The times when her physical appearance was the sexiest was actually when she was the most covered up that she ended up ever being throughout the series..

*not counting Phantom Jack

**because I've never seen her in any of my playthroughs since I don't have the heart to play in a way that would result in Phantom Jack being a thing

/romanced Jack and had no idea she was at Grissom(I knew but Shepard didn't), shotguns a random Phantom to the face.

"Was that Jack?"

Excellent opportunity for pretending I wasn't a robot or obsessed with a small child wasted.

Bummer... but yeah, I think it happened to a good number of people accidentally. I don't know why anyone would do it on purpose though. Too many people die at Grissom (humans specifically, for that matter. It's one of the only times you can actually help humans, besides Earth).

Did you go through Cronos station to find the audio logs of Jack being tortured by Cerberus? They're pretty sad.

I've listened to them on youtube.  It's rather heart wrenching, if you like the character.

I hate that Jack and Miranda can be "present" or mentioned at Cronos, only in a fail state.

I'd pay them out of my own pocket if you could have them with you, in a successful state. Besides EDI, those two deserve to be there.

/not really on topic. Just saying.

Really i don't care about it if it suits the character, talking about causal wear here.

Miranda's outfit worked, she was overly cocky and the like whereas Ashley letting her hair down and stay out of uniform was a bit weird.

I like Ash's wardrobe change. I don't think it's too sexualized either.

She looks like a space cop now. Which she is. It kind of fits a Spectre look (although it's just an Alliance uniform, I guess).

Of course. Shepard presses button. Shepard stares off into space. Just like every audio log that doesn't concern him/her. I remember a few passing references, but I'm not sure if those actually happened or I just headcanoned them in to fill the void.

I didn't go for two reasons. I wanted tragedy, and I wanted it to be acknowledged as a possibility. I got neither.

There's a crack in his voice after all of the logs, I think... when he tells Hackett to not let up on his attack.. saying "please". You could read some emotion into this, I guess.

But he says this regardless if Jack was abducted.

I've killed the phantom known as Jack a few times. It was for specific playthroughs. Outside of that, I do the Grissom mission whether or not Jack is in ME3

I just consider you a "tester" of all known features.

Doesn't Legion show up on Cronos with Jack if you sell him?

yes. That can happen. I've destroyed it without Jack being on Chronos. Most of the time I don't activate the geth in ME2

Seriously. DAO is even worse than ME1.

DA2/DAI and ME2/ME3 were worse than them.

It's one thing to upset over "lack of options" but come on now, they have far better armor designs than DAO/ME1

Yeah, like pants for mages in DA2. And non boob plate armor in ME2/ME3.

Not really, no.

ME2/ME3 clearly don't, judging by the thread we are in being one complaining about them.

DA2 had the same as DAO and some new cartoony armors.

DAI had three versions of the exact same armor, all of which looked bad. Detailed, but bad.

In both ME1 and DA:O, you had lots of options, but the variety was greater in terms of stats than in actual unique armor models. Most mage robes looked exactly the same. Rogue armors were completely identical, and the female version had the stupid low cut that you could not avoid. The lower level stuff you got at the beginning of the game was just the same generic crap that every other NPC was using.  The most memorable armor I can recall in DA:O is what I lifted off of Sophia Dryden's demon-y corpse, but even this is just a reskin of the heavy armor present in the game.

One of main complaints in DAO was that mages constantly had to wear robes :P

To each their own.  I liked the armor options in DA:I, especially for the mages.  I don't like the neck wedge on Cass, but I thought it looked nice otherwise:

DA2 also had some decent armor along with those and I would still take those over the ones in DAO and ME1
