Depends on one's definition of radically. Ashley's just the most obvious because the ME3 version doesn't even resemble the original.
Not sure what game you have been playing but lolwut?

I remember the first thing I noticed about Liara when I saw her on Mars was how big her boobs had gotten, they were huge! Not that I'm complaining, but damn.

Again, focusing on the important things in ME3..
This is BioWare, not Brazzers. Of course, ever since ME2 released the difference between them has been diminishing every year...

Aren't the age ratings for Brazzers and Mass Effect pretty much the same?
Well, maleShep got more muscles as well. Jack was already half-naked in ME2. I forgot about Liara.Depends on one's definition of radically. Ashley's just the most obvious because the ME3 version doesn't even resemble the original. Femshep got a boobjob. Jack looks like she did as well, along with lovingly rendered nipples. Liara got two boobjobs, one for each subsequent game, as well as a voice intonation difference like Tali, and she and seemingly developed multiple personalities and professions to appear more "badass" femme fatale and less nerd. Then you have EDI, whom I needn't even describe. All of this was completely unnecessary.
Miranda and Samara weren't changed much, but they were always designed that way and I guess they were "sexy" and well endowed enough to begin with? Kasumi's design was completely unchanged, but she seems to have been treated like an afterthought by the writers anyway. Did I miss anyone?

Ashley? Where to start. Catsuit with thigh high boots and heels instead of standard military uniform, boobjob, nosejob, narrower cheeks that make her cheekbones more prominent, more makeup, and different hairstyle.
At least her actual personality traits seem to have remained mostly intact, though she seems a bit less outspoken. It's not critcism, I'm actually one of the seeming minority who likes the character concept, which is why I don't like the physical design changes they made to her in ME3 because of people complaining she was ugly.
I don't see anyone here asking for that.
I saw many.

Lawd have mercy. I mean I don't mind the bigger boobs, but the size increase grabbed my attention. If her boobs had been that big all along I wouldn't have noticed them.

The rest of your post seems right on, but I don't agree with Jack. If her boobs look bigger, it's probably got more to do with the fact that she went from what appears to be a very tight leather strap covering her breasts to what appears to be a snug top made out of light gauze.

I do. That body type shouldn't appear on any character that is a combat squadmate. Female soldiers and athletes don't look like pornstars, because carrying around 10 kilos of subcutaneous fat on your chest is a huge literal and figurative liability when you actually need to run a couple of miles in under 14 minutes, do some pushups or are already saddled with a combat load near your own body weight. Or fit into standardized body armors, for that matter. Maybe all the females are wearing bras that use mass effect fields to mitigate the disadvantages?

that's why I said looks like. Jack didn't suddenly double D cups, so it isn't as obvious, if it happened at all.

So by your definition, ALL females in the military does not have large breast ha?
THey can wear all the catsuits, spandex, revealin clothing they want too, as long as it is not in combat and fits their character. Hope too see the futures version of yoga pants in this.

In my experience, most of the women in the military (who aren't just looking for a husband), tend to be rather "butch" and not be into "The D."
Same with women in law enforcement or emergency medical services.
In short, most of them don't look anything like Ashley.......

What is a standard uniform anyway for the alliance? All squad members have unique uniforms (talking humans here) not present in the game on anyone else. ANd yes, it seemed a bit relaxed, but if you think that is a "catsuit" you have obviously been a very sheltered person...
Boob Job? Didn't notice. Nose job? I don't think so. I don't see any immediate difference in her face at all, except better textures and having her hair down.

Here is a better view of those corset and garter belt changes

And then this

I'm not seeing a fundamental difference in those Tali pics. They are slightly different but neither seems (more) sexualized than the other. In fact, I wouldn't say either are really sexualized at all. There's a little wink and nod to it, but that seems totally tame and nothing really to note, frankly. Am I missing something?

I am not seeing it either. Maybe i am just biased about Tali because she is awesome.

I'd say bias if you can't see her waist being a few inches smaller and exaggerating her hips more. They also slightly did it to Jane Shepard and Ashley.

<Edit> Both are models used in ME3. The alternate is more popular because of the hip-waist ratio exaggeration (also why corsets have been popular throughout history).
