Contradicting choices? That are very much possible in-game?

Is anyone else having issues with certain choices contradicting others (even though they could happen together in game)? I've had several issues with the Origins stuff, especially the fate of Alistair/Dark Ritual stuff. The Keep says that both Alistair and the Warden could not have survived, but in my game, they very much did (since Alistair performed the Dark Ritual with Morrigan). I was wondering if there was going to be a fix on this, since otherwise several of my choices in the Keep are not the ones that I made and that's irritating.

Set the Dark ritual tile first and then set who lived.

I also have a problem like this. The Warden did the ritual with morrigan. Made Loghain become a grey warden, Alistair leaves wardens and becomes king and Anora becomes queen.Killed the Arch-demon and lived. If feels dumb that they don't have these options. I just don't understand the game I played where I kill the Arch demon and survive is not an option.

It is an option. Make sure that you set the "Morrigan had an OGB" tile in the Keep before anything else.

I have an issue with Broken Circle. I agreed with Cullen's request but saved Irving (and only Irving). When we went back to Greagoir, I advised him to make sure there are no blood mages left, resulting in Irving being contained. End result = Templars join. Any chance of this getting fixed?

is this in the game or the keep?

Agreeing with Cullen kills all the Mages so that Templars Join.

In-game. Agreeing with Cullen causes Wynne to turn on you but you can still save the mages (at least on the Xbox) using the litany. I guess that's too specific of an outcome?
