I have this new Inquisitor who is either smiling or bored to death in every screen shot.

Varric sets up the most boring speed dates in Thedas. Aurora spent most of the date pondering what to have for dinner and missing her Harem in Kirkwall, while Shira slept. 

 

But truthfully, Shira was just sleepy after a long and boring trial over Knight Captain Denam. Getting real tired of his antics. If she had eyebrows they would have been sending all sorts of lewd messages his way. 

 

Meanwhile, Cressida attended the most boring Salon in all of Orlais. Most of the guests were half asleep, the music was dull and the entertainment was sorely lacking. The only interesting thing was some half arsed attempt at a fight from one of the nobles. Cressida made a note to herself to burn all further invitations. 

 

In the Fade, Cadogan wondered what Sin he had committed to be constantly hounded by a shadow version of himself. The little twit kept following him around, offering teas and biscuits, trying to talk about their feelings and how their relationship was getting more strained as time went on. 

 

"What about you Dorian? Any scathing remarks or snappy jokes you want to make...?"

In the real world, Mytjan was getting rather irritable. For the first time in a long while he was suffering at the hand of elven supremasist, who refused to aknowledge his elven status. He made a note of apologizing for his own behavior to Sera when he returned to Skyhold.

If I recall correctly it's during conversation about hiding Hawke's whereabauts.

I've only had it happen just recently. I usually pick the middle dialogue options but during this convo I picked the top one and Inquisitor went all cross eyed. I caught him doing it again in Crestwood.
