Um, yeah, did you miss the part where I said psychology. Come on dude, your reply is sad. You made the claim; you back it up. Honestly, though, I don't really expect you to provide anything as your claim is pure BS and you know it. This is like arguing with a creationist.
Will you play as M or F?

Both. First playthrough I play as myself, the next playthrough I choose a female protagonist with her own personality. And I usually enjoy the latter a lot more, I guess I simply don't like myself lol.

Yeah, not sure about clicking on images. No telling what kind of disgusting thing you've linked. Put up the good stuff, peer reviewed scientific journals. Then, we'll talk. Well, we'll talk if your arguments consist of something more entertaining than "Nuh, uh! You're the creationist!" lol

I'm not going to enter in the debate, but she did mention taking psychology classes In the very post You quoted.Because those are not subjects commonly taught during biology classes. Anthropology, sociology and psychology are the classes you're gonna have to take to learn more about this subject.
And you have google. Use it. I'm not gonna do it for you because you're too lazy yourself.

Learn to internet. Those aren't links to images. And stop being so emotional. Calm down. I didn't link anything disgusting because that would get me banned.
It's funny how you're trying to hold me to a certain standard that you don't hold yourself to. You're the one who started with the "you're an MRA" and "you're a creationist" ad hominem insults and nonsense. Why would I waste my time looking up scientific papers for a person on the internet who insults me? Get a grip.

You're a bit obvious. The emotional comment is typical MRA bait. Try harder.
It's okay to just admit that you don't have any evidence to support your 'scientific facts'. It would be silly for me to try to chase down research that doesn't exist. You know it as well as I, hence, the tap dance.

To be fair, she said that arguing with you was like arguing with a creationist. Not that you were a creationist. She did insinuate you were a MRA though, so 1 out of 2 isn't bad.

Irrelevant difference. It basically comes down to the same thing: personal insults. And only because what I say goes against her feminist dogma. The easiest way to tick off a feminist to the point that they'll start to sling insults at you is by simply disagreeing with them or expressing opposing worldviews.

Let me start off by saying that personally I HATE just about anything SJW related and the entire state of the world we live in with SJW agendas being pushed in your face at all times. HOWEVER I personally have an affinity for stories with strong female characters.
To me a lot of times they seem more interesting, less cliched' and more emotionally involved. For the longest time I just couldn't get into the Mass Effect series until one day I started up a FemShep character on a whim. I've been hooked ever since.
I just wonder if it will be the same with no Jennifer Hale as the lead in MEA and a different and better VA for the male as well .
I'll probably start up the game as a male just to see what he looks and sounds like but then re-roll a female for my full platythrough.
Which way are you gonna go?
its sad that you have to tell everybody that you arent an SJW just for liking strong female characters. ;_; Despite all the flack mass effect has gotten, they make good female characters. While most people focus on making a girl a good character, Bioware just focuses on making good characters, and thats the kind of treatment female characters deserve. Not a cliched mary sue trying to move up in the world, but a full, rich character that has strengths, weaknesses and real depth instead of "teehee look at me Im a girl and Im so strong! #girlpower". *cough* supergirl *cough*

No, I was serious. You really are acting way too emotional over this.
Also: Not everyone who opposes feminism or social justice or holds traditional worldviews is automatically an MRA. You really need to knock it off with the MRA nonsense. It makes you sound like a feminist/social justice goon. Maybe you are one, who knows. But if you're not then yeah, might wanna trim it down on the MRA nonsense.

Like others have said, it depends on the voice. Jennifer Hale was so phenomenal I didn't want to play anything else. SWTOR examples: Xanthe Elbrick was so fun in the evil department and then I rolled a more nuanced inquisitor and her less insane lines surprised me. On the other hand, for some reason I can't warm up to Jo Wyatt despite acknowledging her talent. So male imperial agent it was.
I have fun playing DS male Imperial Agent. You should watch Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, Bertie Carvel is amazing in it.

Of course I'm emotional! I'm a woman! You've crushed me with your manly illogic! lol Good grief, dude, comfort yourself all you want by thinking I'm emotional but you act more like a caricature. An MRA caricature to be exact. Your insults and arguments are way to close to MRA's for it to be a coincidence. But, hey, if I'm wrong it doesn't change the fact that your acting like one by using outdated and unscientific arguments. At any rate, I'm off to bed. It's late.

You keep going on about that MRA nonsense. I don't think you know what an MRA is.
I know one MRA in real life. She's nothing like me. In fact I think she and you could be good friends. You both use the same dumb crap, the only difference is that you advocate for women and she advocates for men (oh and another difference is that she's less intolerable than you).
So your image of MRAs is pretty off. But that doesn't surprise me. Feminist think EVERYONE who doesn't agree with them is automatically an MRA. "Feminist logic".

What's so outragous about believing that, on average, men and women posses different personality traits? Men and women on average seems to favor different jobs and proffesions.

Because "equality"
(which really means: "gurrrrrrrl power, I can do or be whatever I want and you're not gonna tell me otherwise but meanwhile you filthy men better be what I want you to be or else I'm gonna call you a sexist MRA pig!").

Being serious here, the reason I posted what I did is based on the documentary "Hjernevask", a Norwegian documentary that explored the Norwegian gender equality paradox. I admit that I have not seen all parts of the documentary, though from what I can understand each episode deals with a different subject so it should not be relevant. Simon Baron-Cohen, one of the proffesors interviewed, wrote an article that says the following.
"Leaving aside political correctness, there is compelling evidence for sexual dimorphism in the brain, cognition, and behavior. In this viewpoint, we review the evidence at all three levels. Classic autism and Asperger syndrome (AS) are the two clearest subgroups on the autistic spectrum of conditions, and both affect males more often than females. We conjecture that understanding sex differences in the general population has implications for understanding the causes of autism-spectrum conditions.
The E-S Theory of psychological sex Differences:Although males and females do not differ in general intelligence, specific cognitive tasks reveal sex differences. Differences favoring males are seen on the mental rotation test, spatial navigation including map reading, targeting, and the embedded figures test, although there are conflcting studies regarding the latter. Males are also more likely to play with mechanical toys as children, and as adults they score higher on engineering and physics problems. In contrast, females score higher on tests of emotion recognition, social sensitivity and verbal fluency. They start to talk earlier than boys do and are more likely to play with dolls as children..."

I'll make a male and female of every class . And then play a different one each day, starting in alphabetical order. Like I have done through all of the ME games.
