Since the works on the Andromeda started around the Citadel DLC was released, maybe there are some hints or information on the Pathfinder Initiative or the A.R.K.C.O.N. in the DLC itself. Maybe someone noticed the badge of the project somewhere in the ME3?
Has anyone noticed some hints on Andromeda in ME3: Citadel?

I don't think there is any reference to MEA in the Citadel dlc.

Just because work started around Citadel doesn't mean the story was in place at that time. It could just have been discussions about what sort of game they wanted to produce, what they wanted to achieve, what engine they would use, general technical stuff. Much like most movies, I'd imagine the plot has undergone several iterations over the last couple of years.

I doubt they had much nailed down at that point
I expect they wrestled with the decision to move to Andromeda and avoid the endings for some time.

I'm like 90% sure that by the time they were doing Citadel all there was as far as ME:A's development goes was a post-it Casey Hudson had stuck to his fridge at home that said 'Note to self: make another Mass Effect game.'

Yeah right before he jumped ship right after E3 2014....what a weird situation that was.
