I would take leaping shot.
Who wouldn't? It's arguably the best skill archery has. It's quick, defensive in that it leaps you away from combat, very high damage, good range and impact radius far better than what you'd expect based on the animation, each individual of the leaping shot can critical, it's the bread and butter for both artificer archers and tempest archers. Take what else you need, but leaping shot is the one archer skill you don't want missing from your repertoire as an archer.

I hate to say it but most of the stuff is nonsence.
If you want to control the tempest yourself ok ok i am not saying anything.
BUT the strongest temptest is the one you are NOT controlling
Give the char all the passives and flask of lightning. Deaktivate all other skills you have to learn to get the passives. Set the resources to 0 %. Give it the best bow you can get
Even on nightmare this char is extremly overpowered. Actually you dont even need another damage dealer in your group. Play it safe and go with 2 mages and a tank
