I pre-ordered the game, and I entered the code on the Cerberus card.  All I got was Zaeed and the Normandy crash site...

Am I missing something?  I Pre-ordered and that means I should be getting some stuff...

it should have come on a card seperate from the game - its another code. if you ordered online check your email, if you picked it up in store, ask them.

I also think I paid for the game TWICE...Im pretty sure now that I paid when I pre-ordered, but when I picked it up, I had to pay again...Any advice on what the best solution for that would be?  Can I even do anything about it?

Just talk to the people at the store. maybe when you picked it up they sold you one, instead of giving you the one you already bought.

Will I get a refund you think?  Should I bring the copy I "bought" back?

You should get the receipt you used when you preordered and then show them the one you got when you bought it again.



If you don't have a terminus armor code, it probably makes sense that you were charged again because they didn't give you a preordered game, but a walk-in copy. The code for the armor should be taped to the front of the game if you bought from GS/EB.

Ok thanks man, I think I have a plan now;

Go to EB games with the copy I bought and have the receipt in hand, tell them that they sold me a walk-in copy instead of my Pre-order and made me pay for it AGAIN.  Then tell them that I pre-paid for my pre-order and that I should have gotten a Terminus code armor thing taped on the box.

Sound good?

i got the same probleme y my terminus code . i have the normardy crash site . my copy is the big one ,in xbox 360
