3 weeks and 4 days until N7 Day!! Going into hyper sleep until then lol

Here's the update for N7 day:
07/11/15
Phaedon -- Added reason as to why protagonist will be human. [53]
Rumour added: Protagonist’s name might be Rider/Ryder. [54]
Story addition: Some humans travelled to the Andromeda galaxy using unknown starship. [55]
Additions to Gallery: N7 Day Official Video [55], Dog Tag [54], Polar Desert concept art [56], shots of the unknown starship leaving Earth.
You can check out the KF doc here.
And the gallery here.
Adding the new video to the OP for now, methinks. Phaedon's already tackled the first wave of new doc updates, but we may have more soon enough.
Didn't know there was a new known featrures thread. Good to know.
Happy N7Day everyone!
Happy N7 Day!
Let's hope this is the beginning of a more solid marketing phase and that we get some more at the VGAs or even PSX. ![]()

Indeed. I added two more images to the gallery since the last update.
Let's see if we get anything else today.
Pretty damn powerful trailer, it could have been a good epilogue for ME3 too.
The trailer released today was amazing
I liked how the ship reminded me of a collector ship and the citadel lol Also, did anyone catch the shiny thing crashing into Earth??
( this can be seen at 0:44-0:46) Not sure how I'm feeling about the dog tag in the clip.. Doing another military story with a character that is already military would feel too much like another Shep story, but I'm staying hopeful..
If we take DA:I as a reference for Bioware releasing actual gameplay footage, we could still have a long wait ahead of us. Because DA:I was released November 10th and the first gameplay trailer was released about 6 months before that. And if ME:A will be released around the same time, it could take anothe 6 monthe from now until we see first actual gameplay.
I don't want to rain on our parade here, but this is a possibility. Anyway that's just my opinion. I'm still hoping I'm wrong and BW suprises us with more stuff to talk about. I have my fingers crossed.
No worries re: ruining any parades. I've heard from someone I generally trust on all gaming matters that BioWare may be taking a very intentional page out of Bethesda's Fallout 4 marketing playbook at this rate -- and if so, there will be plenty more info droughts where this came from.
Still, Andromeda's marketing has already differentiated itself from Fallout 4's in key ways. Namely, we've known about it for some time, and small snippets do make their way to us here and there. So I still have some hope there might be a presence at the VGAs, or a GameInformer cover article in a few months, etc.

Is this source reliable? If so here is what it is saying:
Don't know if this is true or not.
- An antagonist is a human soldier. Wears similar armor like the player
If the leak turns out to be legit, I bet the antagonist will turn out to be the N7 guy we saw in the first trailer. Bioware confirmed he wasn't the protagonist, but the two companions he is seen with seem like they might be a match for Cora and Drack, two squadmates rumored in an earlier leak. Drack was said to be a Krogan and Cora a biotic. Cora's species wasn't mentioned, but it is a human name. The N7 guy was accompanied by a human female and a Krogan.
Assuming all the leaks are legit, I wonder if the N7 guy goes missing on that mission from the trailer. Cora and Drack survive and end up as either the Pathfinder's first, or early squadmates. Maybe the Pathfinder is continuing the (failed) quest of the N7 guy. Later on in the game N7 guy resurfaces as an enemy, either from some form of indoctrination (we see alien ruins rising up out of the desert in the trailer) or because he's gone full Dances with Wolves, and has come to identity/sympathize with the hostile natives who attacked and captured him.
And he will be a Shepard clone!!!!!!!! :-D :-D
Manual ship flying? Ehhhhhhhh. ![]()
...
I could dig that quite a lot depending on how it is executed.
I have a baaaad feeling about this
Senior Development Director Chris Wynn has left Bioware.

With the photo in the cockpit I'm guessing it might even be his brother. Tags could be his or the parents. If the leak turns out to be legit, I bet the antagonist will turn out to be the N7 guy we saw in the first trailer. There is no "mass exodus" of BioWare devs. Almost all of the devs who have left the Dragon Age team in the last few years have simply moved to the new IP. The "remaining staff" is literally over 99% of the original staff.
According to Cameron Lee, the Lead Producer of DA:I, the first hour of ME:A is completly playable.
