Thanks for this - I've somehow avoided most of the leaks and spoilers thus far, but I'm getting eager to dig in. Great to have it all one spot.

I updated the somewhat contentious potential turian reveal thing ([46]). I don't think that anyone will have a problem with it now. For clarification's sake, it was always stated as a possibility, not a fact.

I know is just a rumor, but I really don't think those are turians. The guys on the trailer look way more muscle-type than turians. As I've said before, those are likely to be one of the new races.

On a personal level I completely agree with you. But we're going to keep it in the "rumors" section for the time being, I suppose, simply because this topic series is a joint effort (regardless of who happens to run the OP, which in this case will be me!) and I don't want to overrule folks.

While we appreciate the enthusiasm and I might look into that more seriously a few months from now, right now the information is such a trickle that I'd rather not have it stickied just yet. Certainly, my fellow team members have done an amazing job with the Google document, but as you may have noticed, we're in that "oh, Jeff will bump this thread every week or so" phase here in July '15.

Are you sure the mako only holds three people? In Mass Effect during the Feros mission Lizbeth Baynam gets in the Mako so it would be at least four.

It should be capable of carrying over 3 passengers. 

 

Real world infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers can carry several passengers, in addition to their crew of 2 or 3 people. The back of the Mako should look something like this:
