It will probably have the better gameplay and story. I don't know why people are bringing up Warner Bros since they are the publishers and not the developers. At worst, PC gamers will get screwed over again but that's been happening to the "master race" for years it just took Arkham Knight for them to realize consoles really are the first thought of most developers nowadays.

 

But yeah of course it looks better, it's developed by Avalance Studios who made the Just Cause games. Vehicular combat looks great but so does the melee combat and shooting. It'll probably be an enjoyable game but like Shadows of Mordor, will probably offer limited reply-ability once you do beat the game but then again, Bethesda games are exactly the same so they can be compared for their sandbox elements.

The game looks good, but it set off a flag a bit when I saw that by pre-ordering it you get in game items based on where you pre-order it.

It's a warner brothers game. You always wait for the GOTY edition for their games.
