Thats debateble at this point though either its Shokrakar is the Leader and Adaar is her Second In Command "Anderson/Shepard" or as I posted earlier that Shokrakar & Adaar are Co-Commanders of the Company.High ranking member.
Shokrakar is the leader, as you know.
Is Adaar (vashoth mercenary) the leader of a merc group or just a high ranking member?

Well you didn't start your life as the one in charge. You had to start somewhere. Under that captain is your somewhere. Then you bettered yourself to the point where you were in charge.

Adaar could be Krem to Shokrakar's Iron Bull.

I RP that my Addar formed his own company early on, and then he and Shokrakar's merc companies both merged. Shokrakar's being the bigger company, My Addar gave him leadership with my Addar still maintaining a large degree of influence over contracts taken.
I like to think my Addar busied himself as the personal bodyguard of Bann Trevelyan =D

As most have said, I reckon that Adaar is middle-management and runs one branch of the company, while Shokrakar is either the leader of the Valo-Kas company itself, or if not, then is at least the person who's your direct boss?
Tully being your former captain might imply he was the guy who trained you when you first started out in the Valo-Kas, until you were promoted and given command of your own group. There being at least two groups in the company would explain why Shokrakar wasn't captured along with some of the others by the anti-Qunari bigots later in the game, but still deals with them on a regular basis enough to know their names and how awful their poetry is?

Being anti Qunari doesn't make one a bigot anymore then being anti ottoman in Europe from the 12th century onward did.
When their entire existence revolves around enslaving and or killing you..its not bigotry, its common sense
Not if it's the race we're talking about. Which we are. Which means those anti "qunari" bigots are killing out of pure racism, not out of defense.

Oh sure its racist to be suspicious of the folks who arrived in Thedas, united every civilization against them, killed hundreds of thousands of people and tried to enslave a continent to their communist dogma.

People these days.
Tal-vashoth are about the absolute last people to ever suspect of being qunari, they're not qunari. Barring extremely rare exceptions like Bull, of course. Or is having horns enough to make it acceptable for people to hate you on principle because others of your race practice a horrible religion? That's as bad as Dalish hating all humans for merely being human, it's not right there or here.

Yes.
Yes it is.
All for individual determinations and such but the Qunari are a absolute enemy.

Indeed.
But it sounds like you agree with us in that the reasoning for discriminating Vashoth and Tal-Vashoth people is pretty stupid.
"You may not support the Qun but you still look like their followers, so screw you."

Of course, its a pointless exercise.
But its not misguided.
No in fact its only logical it would happen.

See how nice I am BSN?
Yet another attack on my person and do I bother to reply in kind? No.
Will moderation do anything about it? No.
How it was prompted? You offer a opinion when its asked for and suddenly you're a "ass"

Oh I don't know. Maybe it has to do with you saying "I hate middle eastern people because most people of that race are Muslim and most terrorists are Muslim"... Except you're saying it about qunari. Who knew, judging a race because most of that race is part of a religion that does bad things might make people dislike you. Who'd had guessed?

Who mentioned that people reasonably not liking the Qunari after their prior interactions with Thedas is completely expected? Me.
Don't put words in my mouth and don't apply reality to fiction.

It's called a comparison, and I made it very clear that's what it was. You said that, except about qunari instead of a real race. That is why you're an ass.

Irrelevant. He hates a people merely for being a race that started a dangerous and powerful cult, on pure principle. I detest that.
