Seriously, What does any of this have to do with Adaar being a leader or a simple high ranking member of the Valo-Kas mercenary company.
Is Adaar (vashoth mercenary) the leader of a merc group or just a high ranking member?

Irrelevant. He hates a people merely for being a race that started a dangerous and powerful cult, on pure principle. I detest that.
Well to be fair, you probably wouldn't detest it if you were from Thedas.
I think what the peoblem is, is that people project real world views and principals into a fictional world where those views and principles really don't exist much.
When I give my point of view, I give it as if I myself am from Thedas. Therefore, to be blunt, **** qunari. I would be distrustful of people with horns whether they followed the Qun or not.
Now would my point of view be the same in the real world where I have my existing ideals? Most likely not.

Really, that's what you got out of my post?
I would please ask you not to presume about how great a person I'm not. Have I made any assumptions about you as a person? No. So there is really no need to be so rude.
There are plenty of people in this forum that can attest to me being a rather nice person.

Look at how they treat beings that are considered "different" in Thedas. Do you think that most have the same moral standings as us at this point in time? I don't think they do.

I think a lot of these posts have been taken out of context. People obviously feel passionate about their views but really need to refrain from name calling.

Call it workplace training, but generally refer to a group as a whole instead of pointing the finger.
It works with children...

If a Kiwi is great its because it turns out they were actually Australian the whole time.
So the question you meant to ask is, Is Boom Australian?

It's conflicting. When talking to Josie early on, you talk about a captain who actually praised your behind your back when he was always being an ass when face-to-face with you. Yet later on Bull asks that since you "had a company of your own, how did you put yours together?". So... Wait, what? I have a captain that I'm subordinate to in one scene, now I'm apparently the head of a mercenary group I put together myself to the point of even being the one in charge of who's in it? This seems either like Bioware forgot their own backstory for the Adaar, or their backstory is more complex than I thought. This makes roleplaying difficult too, I don't even know if I was simply in a group like Krem is where I was just the second in command, or if I was the leader. Also, where does Shokrakar fit into this? Most people, and even the wiki, thinks she's the leader of the group you're part of. But there's no evidence, and if you was the one actually leading it like the bull conversation says... Then wouldn't she be your second in command?
This is a mess, I can't even figure out what position my own character had since there is info that blatantly contradicts itself in the game.
Actually it seems like it's neither. Adaar is actually a notable member of a mercenary group. If I remember right I think Iron Bull translated it to be "The flaming death" or something? You have this conversation back at Haven with iron Bull as well as Josephine.

No... That's the qunari Inquisitor's name, not the merc band's name.

Disliking a race because that race is predominantly part of a dangerous religion is bigoted, period. That isn't arguable. I'm going to pull a Godwin here, since my last comparison of hating middle-eastern people because a lot of middle eastern people are terrorists was ignored (or certain people were too stupid to understand it). Maybe a bit more of a blatant comparison will get the point across.
"Nazi's were German, therefor Germans are dangerous people that I hate and distrust. Even if a German was jewish person (tal-vashoth) who was hunted mercilessly by Nazi's (qunari), they're still German and they still look German so it's not bigoted at all to hate and fear all Germans. How dare you accuse me of being bigoted for merely having the logical sense to know that Germans are obviously bad people because they made Nazism a thing."
(and yes, I know Nazism wasn't a religion and being German isn't a race. The comparison still works.)
Now do you see how goddamn stupid this is? If not, you're either being intentionally obtuse or you're somebody who needs your clothes picked out for you when you get dressed in the morning.

I don't have moral relativism, and I dislike people who do. If you think that's what I'm doing... Well, then you're obviously very misinformed about what that term actually means. I'm merely saying to not judge an entire freaking race by the religion most of that race practice, that is NOT moral relativism. To you, anyone of Kossith race is dangerous and bad merely for being the same race as the people who practice the qun. That's unquestionably racist and bigoted.

It was ignored, because it was a stupid & unnecessary comparison...
