I originally wasn't a fan of Meer but he kind of grew on me after a hundred playthroughs.

Troy Baker is a great VA. When I found out he was Joel from The Last of Us - mind blown.

What's so legendary about him?

 

He is one of the most prolific voice actors in recent history. He's in practically everything. He was Kai Leng, he was Joel in The Last of Us, he was the Joker in Batman Arkham Origins, he was Booker in Bioshock Infinite, he's Nightwing in Injustice, he's Delsin Rowe in Infamous: Second Son, he's Pagan Min in Far Cry 4, he's Rhys in Tales From the Borderlands, he's Erron Black in Mortal Kombat X, and he is Gul'dan in World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor (which I never knew, but it makes sense because Gul'dan's voice is incredible). And those are just some of his more recent works, he's been in well over 200 anime series, cartoons, and video games. If you've seen Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, he's the voice of Greed. If you've seen Naruto Shippuden, he's the voice of Pain and Yamato.

 

He's easily my second favorite voice actor of the modern day, behind Dee Bradley Baker.
