I cannot condone the act though; its a precedence that should never be set, its a relatively dangerous notion and leans to much into the whole "magic serves man by ruling him" dogma for it to ever have my support.

Yes, I know its in my game and not in yours.

Like I care about Chantry dogmas, just wanted the mages back at the circles and to restores the templars.

Cassandra lets the mages run the Circle themselves, no? Honestly, I think Cassandra is the weakest of all three candidates. It seems like she's not very decisive with either faction, which is something I would not expect from her.

I like the hardened Leliana approach more than Vivienne. Vivienne is smearing her name by openly mass killing people who oppose her. On the other hand Leliana is smiling and nodding and the public adore her while her enemies find a dagger beneath their throats. Its kinda what Justinia did, but more bold.

I'd rather not risk lives in the hope of returning to the same old song and dance (and I'm not talking about the Circle system in itself). Silver Shield on the other hand leads to a bunch of twats trying to play world police, beholden to no authority. Must be trying to take after the Inquisition in that regard. Smoothest transition with Cass would have to be Templars>Alliance/Disband>Cullen on Lyrium or Templars>Disband>Cullen off the Lyrium.

Another war means little, maybe Bioware will actually portray it half decent in game rather making it all of two quests in a single story arc.

They're probably sick to death of exploring the "mage/freedom/internment" dynamic in the south. I wouldn't count on another war for any outcome, let alone one that actually gets portrayed in-game.

For that ending you need Viv in power, so youmust decide if you like her in power or not

Probably considering the half assed, half utterly ridiculous copout to it.

But one can hope.

The problems of south are rather stabilized temporarily so that we can officially move to the North. The next DLC takes care of the last issue and further readies the transition to north.

I like how its almost guaranteed Leliana won't survive a year in harden mode as well but I don't like the ending in and if itself.
