Base outlines; then detailed lines then features.

Color then is added if I feel like the hassle; I usually use pens; specifically multi flow fountain pens I can control inch thickness on.

Not how I pictured the dress her uncle's employess stuffed her into, tough. More like Ciri's portrait in Emhyr's study where she looks all grumpy.
