I was hoping for more companion interaction in general, not just Cassandra.
I heard Varric has a lot to say in the DLC, which makes sense
I agree that there should be more party banter

Just enough so you aren't running around in silence most of the time.
I will probably get the DLC anyway. Might as well.
I'd like to wait until they have released all content for DAI before doing another complete play through, so I will probably hold out on playing them all until then.

Well without spoiling anything to me it didn't seem silent most of the time

I wish that there was more exploration. Some of the areas in the DLC brought back memories of the journey to retrieve Auriel's bow in Dawnguard.

I wouldn't get my hopes up

Companion interaction is nonexistent.
Sure, characters will speak at certain points but the only time the Inquisitor will address their presence is during an automated response right at the beginning of the DLC.
I am not exaggerating when I say that we do not have a single dialogue option to any of the Inner Circle.
Which is not to say that the DLC does not have its strong points. I elaborate on them here.

I wonder if Bioware isn't doing them because of the banter bug or they couldn't get all the VAs back

All the VAs recorded something. It just wasn't beyond a dozen lines each, at most.
I think they were probably just busy recording for the final DLC which is rumoured to be vast enough as to introduce five new bard songs.

Its not like they didn't do it before.

Why they don't do a dlc like Leviathan or Legacy? While the companions weren't the focus of the DLC, the PC and the companions would talk between them.
Its not like they didn't do it before.
Because they dropped the ball on this one (the game itself). You ever play rugby, and you're trying to pick up and chase down the ball and for some reason it keeps slipping between your arms? That's what is happening with Bio Ware right now. No matter what they do, they can't seem to correct it. What they need is to just sit down, take a breath, drink some water and start the next game. Get back in the swing of things with a clearer head. It's to late for DA:I. They lost this game a while back.

I'd totally kick your butt in rugby, Poodle!
I was never the best player nor the fastest, but it always took more than two people to bring me down to the ground. I don't doubt that you would kick my butt. I will make you work for it though.

You want to see some fan-art of a nearly naked Cassandra? Of course you do.
NSFW, obviously:

So, jump off topic: Which modern-day fandom(s) do you think Cassandra would be a part of?

Twilight
Game of Thrones
Those shows where people go on to sort out their issues in front of an audience - "You ARE the mother!" and all that malarcky.

Hopefully none, because 99% of fandumbs are filled to the brim with annoying tools and 12-year old girls.
