Not really.

The elves are going to be a fading commodity in the future, it might become niche to have one as a status symbol.

Elves breed with humans and make humans, it leads to the predetermined outcome.

OMG, WE HVAE ANOTHER DALISH ELF WHO FALLS FOR CASSANDRA! I have one; but I didn't make Cassandra divine for him becuase he's already lost a lover in his life; and I wouldn't want to do that to him either.

I watch too much Gundam though to retain levity or hope in this field though.

 

I mean crud when you watch a budding love story between two people come a end when one kills the other in combat without even realizing it...you sort of start to realize that well...maybe having them collect dust and be up to people's imagining just might be for the best.

I think it would look good for historical priority personally, I mean whose to say the elves will even exist in a thousand years? They like the Mandolorians will die a death that last for centuries.

 

They will die a death that will last millennia, until all that remains is their code, their history, and in the end, the shell of their armor upon the shell of a man, too easily slain by Jedi.-Kreia.

 

I picture the elves becoming increasingly rare, by the time of the Dragon Age they are only what? A few tens of thousands spread across Thedas where once they were as numerous as humans? Whose to say they won't be further depleted after the Dragon Age ends? What about the age after that? Or that? Or a thousand years from then? What will the people when Cassandra's and the Herald's bones are dust make of history?

 

So if they are no longer around, I'd think it would do to mark the remarkable ones, but that's just me.

 

I like for people to get their due, even if they are dead.

No, mines a Mage; he's in far worse condition then yours is when it comes to the history books (probaly; image the Herald of Andratd being a Dalish Aposate? Hmmm... We need to change that. Thinks the Chantry) . They'll probaly a make him out to a human warrior someday at this point. And I think he knows it as well.

I've been thinking about getting DAI on the PC. I already have the game on the Xbox One, but I want to play it on the PC (plus I have the other games on both Xbox and PC already, so I may as well do this one too). How is the game on PC? Any glaring performance issues (like bad framerate drops, texture pop-in, unnecessarily high RAM usage, memory leaks, etc)? How smooth does it run?
