There's no such thing as a straight woman with short hair, you gotta be kidding me!

 

Ah! My mother actually implied not so long ago that I wear my hair short because I either am not happy about being a woman (thanks Mom) or because I'm a closeted lesbian (classy Mom). Le sigh. She's also repeating over and over that next time I should get them cut to a more "proper" length. Yet I really love having short hair. They dry so quickly when they're wet and I've dramatically reduced the time I spend in the shower. The only con I can think of are my cowlicks - doing them is a daily challenge.

Though some still need to accept there are girls with short hair who are actually straight. But I'm sure they'll come to it eventually. *coughs*

 

 

Oh, I went to see it with my sister today. I knew it was a very-hyped movie, but since I'm not really a comic reader (I'm more of a manga reader myself), I wasn't really familiar with the character. Turns out the movie really was good, and we really had a good time. Deadpool doesn't just break the fourth wall, he smashes it to little pieces, pisses on them then set them on fire. It was brilliant.

 

IMO, I think I prefer shorter hair to longer hair. 

 

 

 

I do love that Karen Gillan actually shaved her head for Guardians of the Galaxy and had to wear a wig when she did her public appearances soon after because her hair hadn't grown back. Of course, her hair did grow back enough for this photo.

 

And speaking of Karen Gillan, redheads. I do like a sexy redhead . Too many guys are fascinated by blondes, but I personally don't really care for blonde hair, I prefer brunette and redhead, although I do like strawberry blonde hair.

And right she is. I bet you're also wearing pants. Maybe even those worker pants made from sturdy cotton. You simply want to be a man, just admit it. But that's natural, how else could you sexually prefer women if not wanting to be a man anyway. Oh please.

That's moms for you. When I shaved the sides of my head, my mom nearly got a heart attack. She still keeps repeating how pretty long hair is and that she really doesn't like how I "don't have any hair anymore now" but that, of course, it doesn't matter what she thinks. Right, mom, it doesn't matter.

And in an amusing coincidence, meant that both Karen Gillan and Matt Smith were wearing wigs during the Eleventh Doctor's regeneration scene in Doctor Who, as they had each shaved their heads for different movie roles prior to filming. Although it does makes that tearjerker scene far easier to sit through if you're too busy getting distracted watching their hair.

 

But on-topic, short hair does look far better than long hair, especially when it's extremely messy. Cass' hair looks far better short than how long it was in Dawn of the Seeker.

I still love that scene. You can see the precise point in time at which Cass reigns in her inner book appreciator. My only regret is that the Inquisitor can't say he actually enjoys this kind of books too. I mean, you can tease Cass about maybe reading one yourself, but it's not the same.

My Quiz is one of those doofus's like my Warden (who's really loyal to Morrigan... For whatever reason) and probaly has read one of those books; he's a hopeless romantic, even though he denies it....
