Am I the only one who thinks that Cassandra is too old to be the love interest for many Inquisitors ?

 

She is born on 9:03 - 9:04 Dragon. Inquisition takes places on 9:41 Dragon. This means that Cassandra is either 37 or 38 years old. By the time the Inquisition story ends in Trespasser, it would have been 9:44 Dragon which means at the end of Trespasser, Cassandra will be either 40 or 41 years old.

 

According to Patrick Weekes, an Inquisitor could be "anywhere from mid-twenties to mid-forties without any plausibility issues." The Inquisitors that would be suitable for Cassandra age wise would be in their mid 30s and above, unless your Inquisitor is into robbing the cradle cougars.

 

I play my Inquisitors in their mid-20s or late-20s and yeah, the prospect of your character romancing a woman nearly 10+ years older than him is just weird.

Can someone point me to some decent fan fiction involving Cassandra and male Inquisitor ?

 

Plenty of the fan fiction involving Cassandra and male Inquisitor that I have read turn the Inquisitor into a sappy, wimpy guy which is, quite frankly pathetic and annoying to read. Its like watching some of those American serials on TV where the wife is super amazing and the husband is the dumb f*ck lucky enough to have her. Disgusted noise.

 

Can anyone direct me to any good fanfics involving Cassandra and the male Inquisitor where the male Inquisitor is his own man with his own values who falls for her naturally instead of being a fearful supplicating simp ? I would really appreciate it.

No it was not directed at you. Its just I prefer stories that have romantic content whereby the male character has self respect and is his own man instead of being a simp. I mean, IRL women usually go for men who are confident and men who are their own person, whereas the ones who behave like love-thirsty simps usually get dumped or kept in the friendzone.
