Anyway, why her dressing like a witch of the wilds makes you dislike her, I'll never know, but if she were a man, those things you said about her would just be called confidence and swagger. Though arrogant she is, yes. I don't mind it. Confidence in a woman is sexy, as is her arrogance. I like bad *****es, what can I say. That's Colonel bait right there.

 

Do you also dislike Jack in Mass Effect?

You don't have to fawn over dudes to like Loghain. He's easily the best villain they've ever had. Arishok and Meredith are good too, but I think Loghain takes the title.

 

Maybe Flemeth is cooler than everyone, but I'm not sure she's a villain.

I do like Loghain, I just don't care about him enough to save him for DAI. Not enough to consider it "my loss".

 

edit: Anyway, yes he played a good likeable villain. Well, likeable for me. But villains die, and he fulfilled his role as far as I'm concerned.

I think most pro-templar players romanced Leliana in DAO if they didn't know what she will do later. She is the dream woman for them, bard turned to chantry sister.

I do like Loghain, I just don't care about him enough to save him for DAI. Not enough to consider it "my loss".

Loghain is old and he wants to repent. He is the most expendable character. Loghain > Stroud > Alistair in terms of them being expendable if you want to save Hawke.

 

I wanted Loghain to die as a hero. I despised what he did in DAO, but I've read he books as well. He brought Orlais to its knees, he deserves an honorable exit.

Well I'm glad for your playthrough, lol Stroud did the job of babysitting the giant spider monster just fine, lol. Letting him live just felt like making too many sequels of what was already a great movie. Better to leave it where it is, rather than let someone milk it until it just becomes sad. That's how Ashley went from badass marine chick to lame ass whiny ***** who runs around in a skirt and high heels while calling herself a "marine".

Anyhow Loghain must be 65 or something in DA:I. He has lived a good life, people should know when to take a bow. He wants to repent because he has smeared his name and his deeds. If he hasn't already I mean, by slaying the archdemon.

It's not easy... Just because I like so many ways to play. I've never settled on any kind of "canon". Least of all yours...

 

edit: That's a pretty cool Loghain though.. If there's any version that should sacrifice himself, it's that one.... where the Warden died. Loghain needs the Redemption Achievement.

 

I didn't decide on a cannon until DAI actually..

 

DAO Saved the mages, cured were-wolves-destroyed the anvil,killed connor, romanced Lel, had Allistair executed, Ultimate sacrifice.

 

And in DAI I get Tragic Leliana (superior version IMO) so many feels when she talks about a dead warden. Superb acting there too. Oh and Lohgain warden ftw..

I'm almost certain they'd revisit whoever is made Divine at least.

 

Even if they don't address a lot of Southern Thedas, the Divine herself... be it Cass/Viv/Lel would all easily fit in another game. None of them can be truly dead. 

 

Honestly, If Iwas bioware I would make it that, Lel and Vivvines extreme views, get them killed..And Cassandra then replaces them..
