How does any of this contradict my point that there is no sort of objective economic equality? Don't you rather provide further evidence to support what I said?
It's not BS, it is a fact. Only the reasons for that fact are manifold.
And I will just ignore the "men are the ones expected to work, not women" machoism.
While many people think so almost everywhere in the world, it can't simply be accepted as an argument.
Because it suggests that this is because of sexism and not because of something very natural. And my comment wasn't machoism, it's fact. I actually live here and have, so I know. Grown men staying at home, losers. Women staying at home, normal. That's nothing new.
But hey, if you'd rather ignore truth and pretend everyone's a victim, that's fine too.
Edit: Also, don't play dumb, those statistics are there to make it seem as though women are oppressed in the workforce, and judging from your comments and Ventus' and the flow of the conversation, you knew that and the point of said conversation.

She is Nevarran and one of the two main characters in Nevarran.
She is always alive in every game.
But she can become Divine.

I think it sounds great. It will be an opportunity to look at Tevinter society and the writer has promised to adress the issue of magic from a political, social, religious, spiritual, economic and interpersonal perspective.
Plus, the protagonist will be a non-mage in Tevinter which should give fodder for some more shouting matches here in the BSN.

That's why I said "underlying principle".
