I'd imagine it would be largely centered in Tevinter, but with the occasional Orlesian or Nevarran noble getting a pair as an exotic piece. Old Arishok 1.0 would have fetched quite the price, I would think... but damn if removing them from his head wouldn't be a big pain in the ass.

I didn't expected it to be better, but at least on par with them.
But at least it was cheap, less than five dollars in my country.

Hey Baconer, got a good 2h build? I kind of want to do Champ later (yeah, I know...probably not the best for 2h but whatever).

 

I haven't made a Champion yet, but I've actually heard that Champ+2h actually works pretty well. Actually, the specific build I've read about makes you both a DPS and a tank by making use of Flow Of Battle: reducing your cooldowns (walking fortress) every time you crit.
