I like rogues. They were lots of fun to play in DA2.
That's the funny thing. I liked them a lot there. Haven't got the feel for them here yet.
I'm sure I'd come around sooner or later though.

DAI rogues are a mix between DAO and DA2. They do get more faster as you level up but I kind of miss the leaping from enemy to enemy like there was in DA2.

It's funny that they picked rogue as their default here too.. To me, DA2 is a rogue's paradise. It's very urban and underworld-ish in most parts.

I was going to do that to set up this current DAI playthrough, but just ended up going with the Keep defaults (tweaked them a bit, but it's Dalish Warden/Mage Male Hawke).
Even though I like Izzy, I always make her run off with the book if I play rogue.. That's actually a better fate for the Qunari, even though I like her romance.

I remember the first time I played, I was so pissed with her lol. I'd slept with her too. And then my boyfriend at the time rubbed it in my face that she'd come back in his. Jerk.
I never did complete her romance, though there were some nice friend moments between her and Hawke.

Don't be pissed. She did it for the greater good (and profit!).
I wonder if any of these things matter in the longrun. Sten caged, Tome of Koslun turned into Tevinter toilet paper, etc..

Lol, is that a serious question?
No, I don't think they really do unfortunately. But they could always surprise us.

I think with Patrick Weekes in the lead, I'm a little more wary. He tries too hard to push "challenging issues" and to be different and "alien", just for the sake of it. A lot of things he's been in charge of are this way.* I'm afraid he's going to try to make the Qunari look more and more favorable. Same with "Spirits".
Point being, I doubt any of our past choices weaken the Qunari at all, if he has a say so in it.
*Except Jack.. but he didn't write her originally. And apparently "loathed" her.

I'm torn.
The Arishok obviously cared.. he sat around for years waiting for it. So it must've meant something.

In the end my Hawke and Co. slaughtered every Qunari in the room, so the Arishok didn't care about anything anymore (and his skull is decorating my Hawke's palace).

So if you slaughter all of them, they don't take the book back?
I was never sure of that.
In any case, it doesn't seem to be an option in the Keep anymore.

I sided with the templars.Where the hell did your Hawke get a palace from?
Why didn't I get one?
I think one of them leave with the Tome. I don't know why Hawke allowed it.So if you slaughter all of them, they don't take the book back?
