Maybe you could take that discussion to PM, guys? This is not related to Cass in any ways.

Well it deserves recognition at least. It brings joy when I see future lores have democracy (I.E mass effect).
It was always with us, Greeks had it, republic of Rome had it. (actually its ironic how US government has similarities with Rome)
We are just putting it to use after centuries of wrong systems.
As for middle east, there hasn't been peace in that place for 2000 years. I don't think any sole party can be blamed for it, not even Islam as there was conflict there before the invention of Islam itself.
But don't you like the fact that you can go in front of white house and insult the hell of US government? When you are done, you'll probably feel better and continue on. No one will do anything as you are protesting. Maybe you'll be shoo'd away because you are screaming, but that's it. At least we can vent with liberty, most can't do that too.
There hasn't been true peace in lots of places, but blame can be given to those that make it worse, or whose ideologies make it impossible to ever have it.
Anyway, I don't think it's deserving of any recognition or pats on the backs because there's still so much wrong with it, and it's corrupt up the wazoo. All it did was make it easier for the elite to rule, and to keep the public placated. And I don't like that I can go up to the white house and hold up posters at them, because they don't give a damn, not while they control everything while we pretend that our voice matters. It's nice not to have a red dot sight pointed at my skull for voicing an opinion, but it's a hollow victory in the end.

All right.
Sorry, Merela.
I've noticed a trend that, no matter what kind of experimental builds I do, Cassandra, Solas, and Sera are consistently the most dangerous party members for me. I'm a little baffled how Cassandra is more dangerous than my Templar Inquisitor, who theoretically has better gear. ![]()

Cassandra and Sera are my mainstays... but kind of go back and forth with Solas and Viv. They're both good.

But Sera is so annoying...
Not to mention looney and childish.

That's most people in Inquisition
Really, she's the only one to me that seems wacko and like a little kid. Well, there's demon boy but he's not human (or elven, whatever) so he doesn't count.

Solas is MVP mage imo, though it has nothing to do with Solas himself. If you don't micro manage, AI handles ritt mage perfectly that includes Solas and your Inquisitor if you don't control him/her. The AI will always weaken first, effectively having infinite mana until the end of the game.

I don't think Sera is annoying. She's pretty down to earth to me.
Hardly loony either. She calls ME that, for believing I'm the Herald. And she's right.
I have a bigger problem with who's unsettling from a lore standpoint.. Qunari and Spirits, like I keep saying. That means Bull and Cole. Vivienne is also problematic to an extent. Sera is just a rambunctious city elf.

He's very good, but to be honest MVP mage goes to Vivienne easily because her class is op as hell and can solo dragons. It's the mage's champion class basically.

KE for bosses, Rift for mooks.

True, but it's a bit of a double-edged sword: KE, in my view, is one of those builds that total control by the player in order to truly flourish. Thus, Vivienne is chronically in the "forever alone" tier when it comes to my party compositions, along with Bull and Cole.

I would've thought you'd use her on a warrior.. I'm gonna be running this warrior with Cass a lot, so she'll be handy. On another KE though, she would be forever alone.

I rather like Sera. She's so normal, with all the pros and cons it implies. She's not the brightest tool in the shed and is painfully aware of it, she's rude and crass and filthy and close-minded and totally right in being affraid of all the weird things she crosses paths with. But it's totally alright.

I always go full DPS, so if I'm a warrior I'm either a Reaver or crit-Champion, and everyone else is geared toward supplementing the damage I do. KE is a "full damage or go home" build, but it could never dream about matching the Reaver's damage, so Vivienne could only ever be the "third wheel", so to speak. I'd rather have Solas because Rift Mage's utility is preferable with that in mind.

I see. Yeah, I'm just sticking with Champ and Cass' Temp. As much as I liked Reaver in DA2, I can't roleplay it in this game. Aggressive Hawke was perfect for it though... he had nothing but pain in his life.
I think the voice acting helped too. "There's nothing like the smell of fresh blood!" ![]()

Wonder what the Thedosian equivalent to Heroin is
Yeah, with all the healing plants we come across, it's surprising there aren't any painkillers.
