I don't care about the Qunari perspective. Tallis and Gatt both abhor slavery, and then preach the word of slavers, which makes them less than dirt in my eyes.

It's just with the way he tries to pick fights with Viv and Dorian, and again with the "from slave to slaver" angle.

Ah!  Now I get it.  On both fronts.  And not that I care either, I don't give two shits about the qun really, but it is worth pointing out.  I mean at the very least know thine enemy and defeat them.

Apparently it's a mod that makes her look more like her DA2 version.

But she had brown eyes in DA2, no?

Yeah, brown there... and I guess a sort of dark silvery green here.

Yeah. I was never sure what the colour of her eyes are in this game.... Sometimes they look quite dark but other times, as you said, there is some dark green to them.

If you get the 3d model, it's a little more clear.

Pretty interesting bit I found in WoT vol. 2 is an excerpt mentioning the prevalence of "soul sickness" among Qunari serving in Seheron, obviously meaning PTSD. For me, just that little tidbit does more to humanize them than any rationalization or apologist dialogue uttered by the characters we've interacted with. It also shows how easily the 'unyielding certainty' begins to crack.

Actually, let's say "render more relatable" instead of "humanize". Seems more appropriate, given the setting.

Sounds like Bull might've experienced some of it himself.

The kiddy thing is just a criticism in general. No different than saying Earth Shaking Strike is kiddy. And that's not magic at all. Reaver is a flashy offensive spec, without any price, conflict, or substance anymore.

It's not like I wanted you to fall in that category. It was kind of sad for me, actually. :D

Always happy to disappoint :P Living a long life to stay the Inquisition's leader and striking fear into the hearts of those that would oppose me suits me just fine. ;) If I could, I'd be a vlad the impaler figure, but alas, they don't really let you be more than a boyscout in this game. Ah well. At least they let you put Gaspard on the throne and conscript the mages. And the judgement thing is really nice. Doesn't make a great deal of difference though.

As for lack of conflict, price or substance, that's a dragon age norm. It's just a gameplay thing, I roleplay the rest of what they leave out, same as I do with every game.

I definitely picked up on that by talking to him, but I wouldn't have thought it would be such a widespread problem in general, especially if the Antaam is supposed to be filled with mentally conditioned hardasses like Sten.

It's another reason that, while the potential damage and death toll of an invasion does concern me, the prospect of the Qunari conquering Thedas, or even a scrap of it, doesn't concern me. The Qun, as the Triumvirate wants it to exist, simply doesn't survive interactions with other ideas and cultures.

I could see it if it was DA 2 Qunari easily. Bull though, he looks a lot more Bull-like, hence the name.

Yeah, there's something about their brow and scowl in DA2 that is reminiscent of dragons, I guess. I think they look like a cross between gorilla and cow here. Like something out of a cartoon.

Males anyways.. the females are goat like.. and cooler.

Depends, most look rather bad imo from what I've seen, but some look cool when done right. They look less ridiculously proportioned and overall more aesthetically pleasing. I really hated the Qunari look in this game, was looking forward to seeing Arishok level of badass. And yet...

Anyway, Hornless qunari are the best ones imo.
