I want it too be human, but I am almost 82% certain Bethesda can't stop themselves and it will be some big "twist" in the story with the same everything you see in these kinds of stories.

A cyborg is still human. And there is just about a 100% chance that we will become some type of cyborg by the games end, we always do. Cyborg shouldn't even factor into the voting.

Honestly, it's an apocalyptic Wasteland where life is cheaper than a bottlecap; disease and violence are commonplace; if you live outside of the NCR, the best you can hope for in terms of society are slaving marauders that treat men as weapons and women as brahmin. Even in Vegas, which didn't suffer much nuclear holocaust thanks to House, children will thank you for killing rats for them to eat.

Caring about the fate of Androids is like at the bottom of my list of things to do.

That's why I think the railroad is an group of absolute idiots. They could be helping people made of actual flesh, but no, these androids are the top priority. Humanity is barely recovering from nuclear devastation and people concerns are robots? Give me a break.

Groups of idiots are hardly a rarity in Fallout. The motivations of the Railroad still seem better than those of the BoS, the Enclave, the Hubologists, Ulysses, The Family, etc.

They're what would happen if those groups of idiots who went to Bulgaria's border to actually, physically cut their fence(before the police expelled like the morons they are) survived the Apocalypse.

I'm not saying cyborg shouldn't be on the list, but why is it with android? An android is not a human, even if you think it's a person. A cyborg is, so if it should be anywhere on the two options, it should be with the human one.

Bethesda being mediocre story writers are exactly why I want the character to be an android. Because the entire forced background plot seems like setup for some really hackneyed story and characterization.

 

So that they'll have a bad story about how you're an android?

 

Either way, the player's getting screwed.
