Gold I play kits I'm comfortable with, not always the highest DPS.
Silver is where I do most of my challenge whoring
but if it's not fun I won't play at all

I'd be down for this if it wasn't for the severely limited respec system.
That and I don't need a randomizer to be encouraged to try different weapons and setups.
