I did my lone wolfs with the kroguard agains geth, White, whne there was a chageless acolyte... was lame but effective.
I tried only two plat solo (for the heck of doing at least one) and I succeed on the second with the flamer get + acolyte vs reaper on giant. I think also a gold solo with that setup is pretty easy...

Congratulations OP. On a related note, can anyone suggest the easiest kit/setup for doing a platinum solo for someone who doesn't solo. I'm thinking a juggy with Talon.

Geth Trooper with Acolyte, VS Reapers.
The Juggy isn't bad for a first plat solo. However, if you want to use the Talon, I would recommend to take an other weapon alongside, or you will be frequently out of ammo.

Giant is the easiest, you can camp the good RHA spot at the extraction zone almost the entire game. White is excellent too.

Congrats.
It has been about two years since I last play ME3MP. I remember getting my Gold solos with Kroguard with Acolyte level 3 and Hurricane level 4. I think I put incendiary ammo 2 or 3. I did this on Geth/White. I finally decided to do Geth/White because I got to wave 10 about 5 other times vs Cerberus only to be insta-killed by a damn Phantom I didn't see. Never could get pass wave 6 vs Reapers. Never got pass wave 3 vs Collectors.
