Yeah, that was what? In 2007 and 2008 when that Faux News stuff happened? You can tell that Bioware was rattled by it as in both ME2 and ME3 they used underwear sex scenes, as well as DAO and DA2. DAI is the only game in which they decided to show a bit more skin.
If there is anything from DAI that should be carried over to ME:A, it would be the liberal portrayal of nudity. Witcher 3 shows a lot of breast and it hasn't suffered in sales. But then again, CDPR was targeting a largely male audience with TW3 whereas Bioware likes to play the cards and make everyone (such as feminist) happy and thus we get what we get.
Its not EA or BioWare really that I think are the ones concerned, but shareholders for they will abandon ship like rats when someone spills a bottle of water.
There should be a mosquito anti-loitering device inside all games consoles and DVD players and televisions that starts making loud sounds that only children can here when there is something on which is rated like 18 or M so children will find it hard and painful to watch it mwhahahahahahahahaha.

Asking for nudity to be included where appropriate is not the same as asking for porn. Nudity can be used artfully, it can be used tastefully(though I would also argue that tasteful porn exists, that's a debate for another time), it can be used to advance the story, and it can be used to apply logic to a scene(shower bra).
All any reasonable person asking for the inclusion of nudity is asking for is that it be treated maturely, and personally I find jumping through hoops to hide the human body to be a particularly immature way to go about it.
Yeah porn refferes to nudity or sexual acts used to incite a sexual arrousal in viewers.
