I've always had this theory that she prefers the Qunari for sexual reasons.

They have bigger bone structures so you know.. In a lesbians world the Qunari would be "well hung". And if she's sporting horns it's something to grab hold of while she's doing her thing.

If the devs do sex scenes I'd rather they went the route most films go, and either have tasteful nudity or use camera angles and lighting to imply nudity without actually showing any.

Hey, that asari question is a thing. Or lack of a thing, or something like that. Presumably it would work, mechanically, but it's hard to see what the asari would get out of it. OTOH, my understanding of the process is that the mechanics of the physical contact are something of a non-issue for the asari anyway.

It is a bit soulless and not very cinematic.

Pretty much. Also Banshees, though to be honest I didn't notice that full frontal Banshees retained their female parts until someone pointed it out here.

This one of the thinks why video games are better than books.  We don't need to imagine how Thresher maw can take down Reaper, we can see it.

Shepard walks in and see Kai Leng, fade to black Kai Leng on ground dead, you can imagine how fight happened.
