Okay, on a serious note. With all the blood and gore, guns, death, I don't see nudity as being a big deal at all. When the romance scene hits, and they are about to get it on, what's worse now? Nudity is worse than sex in games? I'm not really gonna mind whether or not they do, it's not a big deal at all, but I want to see what a naked female turian looks like, you KNOW that's gonna have to be a crew member.

Am I the only one who thought Traynor showering in her bathingsuit made perfect sense? I didn't think it was strange until I saw all the hate this scene was getting.

 

 

She was using her boss's unlockable open shower. I sure as hell wouldn't shower naked where my boss could possibly see me.

 

Also I think it suited her personality: she was obsessed with her toothbrush and showered in a bathingsuit in communal showers

No purpose is served by exposing the genitals; none whatsoever. It you're curious or addicted to that, then focus on your membership in erotic web sites and write your own trashy soap opera. ME is in the heroic Sci-fi genre, so let's not forget that; Bioware won't. Certain boundaries need to be respected within this context. Nudity scenes only work appropriately if it serves the mongamous romance arc of the hero/heroine with their locked-in love interest. Beyond that, romance scenes should provide additional information in character background and plot. It needs to draw us into understanding a realistic basis for the intimate friendship, and support the story arc. Nothing wrong with a moment of chilling out, as FemShep and Traynor performed in the shower and jaccuzi; it should have been an option for MaleShep to enjoy with her (she shouldn't have been lesbian only). The ME Dev team isn't going down the path of gratuitous porn. Romance nudity needs to stay at the tasteful plane with purpose. If ME sinks into the gutter, then I'm not paying for it.

I'd love to see it go all-out. Full nudity for males and females. It's always confused me that we can have games where people explode into blood giblets just fine, but breasts and such are a no-no.
