I wish we could play the entire game while nude.
Your character or you? Because the latter is very easy to do.

I wonder if Bioware bothers models the groin area while designing characters, even if they're not going to show it.
That must make for an amusing conversation between devs.
I dont think even CD Projekt bothered with doing some manscaping with Geralt ![]()

The former also, since you can be sure of nude patches usually being the first mods on the web.

Snake's point is valid.
You are correct, In Exile, in noting that the teams in Bioware games are not random samples of the population. That said, the companions are being selected in-universe based on their merit, and I think we can both agree that one's sexuality is unlikely to influence that. Unless the leader is intentionally selecting their team members in order to meet a diversity quota, then you quickly reach a point where the number of LGBT companions is highly improbable. Bioware just often chooses to stretch reality in order to better accommodate certain portions of their player base.
No, the point is invalid, because that's not how statistics work. It's not about whether there's an intelligence actively selecting traits. It's that when it comes to small, non-random populations, you don't have a perfect reproduction of general population dynamics. For example, of the top 5 students in my graduating class, two were gay and one was bi. That doesn't mean that, IRL, LBGT people make up 60% of the population of Canada. That means that a non-random sample - a non-random sample that's already heavily selected for a lot of reasons, including but not limited to ability - is not representative of general population demographics.

Namely the yuri/yaoi crowd that wants their sexual power fantasies/kinks fulfilled, that's what this is all about(some like my old friend plaintiff outright admit this), all this hogwash about "muh equality" or "muh representation" is just hamsterizations to justify it. It's quite telling how a lot of these types bailed from here with the ME3 ending debacle, shows where their chief interest lied(Hint: not the gameplay).

My character. Being nude myself while playing is not something I've ever thought to do.

Unless they rob us of that sight and make it pixelated*sp* like Saints Row 3 and 4 did.

Unless you installed a simple script removing the pixels.

Why not just add an option when the game starts?
"DO YOU WANNA SEE NUDITY IN ANY CAPACITY? Y/N?"
If Yes,
"ARE YOU SURE? ARE YOU LEGALLY OF AGE TO BE PLAYING THIS GAME?"
And maybe even an optional,
"ARE YOU COMFORTABLE WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF SEEING ARTISTICALLY RENDERED ALIEN NUDITY?"
That way you can choose to eliminate scenes with nudity, only have human nudity, or for freaks like me.... I can finally learn what a Krogan dongus looks like.
Cause I'm a pervert? And Wrex is best.

Which was remove on the very first day. At least with Sims 2.

All the Sims games still have it but people continue to use mods to remove it.
Right now I'm picturing the new protagonist of MEA running nude around like Raiden, covering his bits.

Not just that but modders create custom bodies and penises, with scripted reactions/animations.

Yeah and I guess that's cool and all, but to me games are about more than realistic nude bodies. I saw nude Shepard's too and it really doesn't add to or take away from ME, it's just how much the person playing it prefers realism to minor censorship.
I expect MEA might go the bare breasts route since they did it in DAI but male frontal anatomy is the big no-no still and most likely will remain that way and tbh that's just fine by me.

But would you be upset about female frontal nudity in the lower region? Cause if so isn't that a bit obtuse? Personally I'd rather everyone just have the options. Story takes precedence and it's far more important, but the option to hang out with your wang.... Or clam.. out... Can be fun. *shrugs*

I've seen it done in subtle ways. Men still get the most censorship. As a female I'm not even offended at female breasts on screen and I wouldn't care if I played a completely nude and anatomically correct and uncensored male, but sadly I'm one of the few open-minded people that would be fine with it. Many of us can handle that stuff here, but the media would most likely go at it as they did with the Liara romance in ME1.
I say non-fully nude males are fine by me because of the pointless controversy it would create. I wouldn't cry over non-nude males, but I do think women get more freedom in games and I don't know if that's a good thing or unfair to many.
