Is it possible?  I didn't see it under the graphics window?

I ask because V-sync completely ruins my aim in every FPS out there, turning it off here would help a lot.  The whole mouse smoothing and v-sync makes twitch aiming near impossible.  I'm already a bit pissed at the dumbing down of the game compared to the first, don't make me aim like this too.
