I'm just curious as to who is in that room when you all decide **** like this is a good idea?
I guess I didn't say what it really proved.
Either A) it's time to move on cause they're stupid, or 
they want us to move on cause they're smart.
Apparently option 'B' comes with cool glasses, so I'ma go with that one.
GTAV has a daily challenge system that does a daily payout and huge payout for consistent completions. Noone hardly even complains about that. If you don't play or don't want to play everyday you don't have to. Noone is forcing you. If BW does something like give homing RPGs to all noobs then they've earned the right to be called inept. That hasn't happened.

Damn, the PS4 player base sure went downhill quick. With the previous "there's fire" challenge we had to kill 8000 within 1 weekend and did it with ease.
I'm still convinced Blair missed something in that post and the personal Undying is weekend only, but the community one *has* to be for the duration, they can't have gotten it that wrong... again :-)

However, if they are going to do more challengers and have weekend/daily/weekly ones, they need to get their **** together as far as communication.
Not everybody uses HQ.
Or watch Twitch.
Or check forums.
A concise forum post would be a start, and s landing page in game directing people to HQ would be nice too. It's way too haphazard. I consider myself pretty informed and I was confused about Undying community challenge until you explained it. Is the community dragon challenge a week as well? Or a weekend?
From what I can tell from the HQ:
Undying is this weekend only. The community challenge says 12 hours left (and we are failing miserably).
Match Points Personal and Dragons Community are a little over one week long. They started Friday and, currently, say 7 days left.
We are also apparently going to get some daily challenges starting... tomorrow?
Also, shout-out to SilverSmurf for helping me get the Undying challenge done with the limited, precious gaming time I had this weekend. I could not log into PSN at all on Friday. Yesterday was filled with errands and other awesome adult duties, so I didn't even turn my system on. Thus, I was left with a few hours this morning to try and get it done before heading off to a family birthday party for the remainder of my day. He and I worked our butts off with Keeper and Virtuoso to keep the two PUGs alive, but it got done. Whew!
I see so many people having trouble with this personal undying challenge but I just did it by myself. So much easier and it means I don't stress when PuGs essentially murder themselves for reasons i'll never understand.
I had just levelled all of my characters so undying was not hard because I almost always play easy mode for one match for each character, start solo but let people join. finished it quickly without going out of my way to do so.
So, it seems I was overconfident in BioWare's math and/or timing skills... Undying community challenge is now gone, pc got a gold star, yay! *A* gold star...

anything that shows people how bad they are and shows them they need to improve is not a bad thing. That's in life as a whole, not just a game.
Pretty sure my platform has completed that challenge also.
