How do I convert my characters(bic files) to npc models.

hmm...
you can only replace or create new "models" which has nothing to do with bic files!

Never mind me, I misread that. There used to be an independent site tutorial on converting parts based to creature model but I've not been able to find it once the original vault disappeared.
