How much do you figure each Inquisitor weighs?

I've been thinking about the Inquisitor's weight based on race and sex recently.  Anyone want to give some guesses? I suppose I'll try to give both metric and non-metric weight for my guesses.

male elf- 90 pounds/40 kilograms

female elf- 105 pounds/47 KG (it is weird how the female elf is built so much more properly than the male elf)

male dwarf- 165 pounds/74 KG

female dwarf-135 pounds/61 KG

male qunari- 270 pounds/122 KG

female qunari- 220 pounds/99 KG

for fun non-Inquisitor guess on Iron Bull: 305 pounds/138 KG

And humans are... Humans. Don't really care to guess at that. It's the non-human races I'm curious about when it comes to figuring out how much they weigh.

I actually think class should be taken into consideration as well.

Generally speaking, for muscle mass it should go warrior > rogue > mage, regardless of race or gender, and muscle mass is a great factor in weight. I fully expect Krem and Cassandra to have very little body fat and be able to physically wipe the floor with my puny human fem mage Inquisitor.

Of course, the caveat has to be made for roleplay by saying that the player can choose to have their character be as buff or puny as they want.

And no, you can NOT take the cutscene bodies into account. As great as the shot of Dorian is (reference link, for science), people need to get it through their heads that Dorian, Cullen, and the human male Inquisitor all have the SAME body (except for skin tone). This means no differentiation in muscle mass or body hair. While the use of these same bodies is understandable from a developer POV, I really don't feel that players should use that as any sort of factual basis for what the character's body actually looks like. (This actually allows for a bit of freedom in fanfic writing.) The exception for this would be for characters like Iron Bull and Isabela who have unique body shapes due to their characterization.

Back on topic... my canon Inquisitor is a human male warrior, who, as stated above, I fully expect to have a decent amount of muscle mass due to his being a warrior. I also tend to feel that he is over 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall**. However, I really don't have any reference for how much a muscular man of that stature would weigh.

So... tl;dr is I have no idea.

** I haven't settled on an exact height, primarily because I'm very short in real life and everyone seems tall. I also have it in my head that he and Dorian are the same height -- yes, I realize this is contrary to my warning above -- so he can't be on the too-tall scale or higher.

Wait.... Dorian and the male human inquisitor have the same body?

*mind blown*

Why does the human male inquisitor look so much more broad across the shoulders and narrow at the hips to me?  Can it really be his clothes making that much of a difference?  I always felt like when I played a human male mage that Dorian looked more magey because he didn't look like he was so broad  My male mage Max really looked like he was the running back on the football team body wise.  Fine for a warrior but I felt it odd looking for mage.

It's more easily noticeable if you look at alternate views of the Trevelyan x Dorian post-sex conversation.

Yes. The cut of the Skyhold attire greatly contributes to this appearance. The flared shoulders especially.

I always thought that these pieces by Slugette were a great way to see the difference the Skyhold attire makes, particularly in the shoulders. Of course, she draws her Inquisitor as leaner overall (he is also a mage), but you get the general idea.

I don't think class should be counted. The Inquisitor's body shape and type are what they are, gameplay or cutscene. Being a warrior doesn't somehow make the elf one not have ultra slim and tiny arms and shoulders and frame.

So... you don't think that an elven warrior would have more muscle mass than an elven mage?

I'm sure there are fat elves somewhere, we just haven't seen any. Life style and occupation absolutely contribute to how a person's body looks. Genetics might give them a more lithe frame as a race, but they don't ALL have the same body. Which was my point.

Muscle MASS? No. The Inquisitor has efficient muscles, they get stronger but they don't bulk up. A lot of very fit people are like that where they have very lean and packed in muscles, Jackie Chan being a great example. Bulking up a lot when getting stronger doesn't actually happen for most people, you typically need to actually focus on gaining muscle mass for a bulking up to occur. Gaining muscle mass takes a certain form of training. Look at soldier pictures, most of them are at near peak health and fitness... Yet most are not over muscular in an obvious way. Strong people always gaining lots of bulging muscles is mostly a thing in fiction.

There are fat elves... Which our healthy and fit Inquisitor is not one.

To add to this, I think Nightscrawl is saying that sure, something looks like something in-game, but that's obviously not intended; it's just because of limitations. I don't think Bioware wants us to take away from the game that all males have the same body type, all females have the same body type, etc. It's just a limitation, and I hope they invest in making (even just 3 preset) different builds in the future not just for roleplay, but to make NPCs look properly different as well.

The point what you think their weight is based on their actual appearance, not your head-canon of what you like to think they look like.

I guess that was your point, but Nightscrawl and I thought this was more interesting :P

I was surprised by how bodacious male Hawke is - does he use the standard male human model?

re: mages - I could see circle mages not getting enough exercise, but I would expect a Dalish mage to be in pretty good shape. How much does a staff weigh? They get a good workout with those.

I would expect the female elf to weigh about as much as a hefty twig.

Going by appearances.

According to the OP, the male elf looks less built than the female elf. I don't honestly know though; I haven't seen them enough.

Here's a Dalish guy - what do you think? I'd say 120-150 pounds.

It's the broken arms and the shoulders being thinner than the waist that makes me see the male elf as smaller than the female one.
