That's not the same. In your example, Bioware made a canon set of events that overrode headcanons. In the relationship with Josephine, Bioware has not done so.

I plus this one. It fits josies character. If she were to ever disrobe I'd think she'd have to marry first. plus I think it would be a first for a dragon age game to marry a character other than Anora from dao. I'd put more emphasis in the marriage first before seeing josies lovely body.

Except that the writer expressed that Josephine's romance was purposefully written to be ambiguous on the level of physical intimacy. So Bioware is straight up stating that any 'headcanon' of Josephine's romance about how physical she and the Inquisitor get are canon. Just like how every choice in the games are canon, despite the choices contrasting each other.
Blackwall and Solas didn't "disrobe" either in cutscenes, so why should she? Ah wait. I think we all know the answer to that.

DA:O was good especially Morrigan and Alistair romances. DA:I just

It just doesn't fit with her character and folks should really respect her author's decision. I mean, there is a very popular game out right now that has a lot of nudity. I've heard great things about it from some rather nice people. You should probably try that game rather than demand that Josie disrobe. For Odin's sake...

I wouldn't say no to naked Josie, but I'm not sure how you'd package it as DLC. I'll assume BioWare doesn't want to do a sex pack, so they'd have to smuggle it into a bigger story thing.
I can't see them changing course after publicly stating no direct sex was sort of the point though.
What I want is W3-Geralt's witchery anti-textile field that only affects attractive women. Tweak it a little so as to affect everyone, making them instantly mountable. Romanceable. That's what I meant.
And to be fair, there wasn't much to disrobe regarding The Iron Bull, aside from his eye patch.
The mental image this evoked is too funny. The Inquisitor walks into Suledin Keep and everybody's clothes instantly vaporize.

I'd love to see Josephine in a different outfit. Not bothered about seeing her naked, I like the romance's current ambiguity. I'm on board with the wedding dlc idea though! It would fit her character perfectly, and she would be so beautiful in some kind of fancy dress!
