Is it a good idea to go inside the eluvian with Morrigan?
Does this lead to happy family or stuck forever in mirror world?

I don't think it matters much , do what you feel is best for your Inquisitor.
You go you spend time with your family , you don't go , you don't spend time with your family, that's it!

I think it leads to a happy family, you meet your son raise him together, and by the time of inquisition your warden we'll be out of Thedas.

Just one more thing... is it possible to do Awakening AFTER Witch Hunt (if you choose to leave with Morrigan)?
I mean, technically speaking it wouldn't even make sense to be able to play the character after that.

No. Witch Hunt occurs after Awakening. There is no reverse import.

My second canon Warden went into the Eluvian. If you romanced Morrigan she says that you three were happy for a time. And then they leave sometime before Inquisition, on "Warden business".
