You know, that's like the one thing I miss on WiiU. The bee sounds at the start of wave 1 Collectors. Man I love that sound.

PS - Engineers have to first go to turret location. Not so for Collectors.

Well that's why Captains are even more BS. They don't have to walk to some preset location. They spawn, they take a dump instantly, vuala Seekers everywhere.

Then how come I still get synced by Banshees? Though I barely recall being sync killed my Praetorians.

EDIT - oh wait, weak dps on my end contributes to this too since I can't just melt them.

Least amount of BS. I didn't say the Reapers are completely free of BS.

But Banshee syncs are nothing compared to what they were before and nothing compared to Praetorian laz0rs that are in a nutshell syncs from range through multiple walls, because they do insane damage and cover super wide area and are capable of instantly downing entire teams (Krogans, Batarians and even Juggy's mom included) in a single beam (plus they can do it out of their ass literally) And that's on top of their regular sync-kill that is almost unavoidable after a super fast melee.

For the last ****** time - if you see a Praetorian laz0ring in your general direction, don't take soft cover, take HARD cover.

At least for bees they don't.  I would bet that Webs probably have designated locations, although I've never really paid enough attention to find out.

Webs use pretty much the same locations as turrets, except fewer.

Yeap, take cover in a middle of escort, when 2 Praetorians laz0r and 3 Scions carpet every spot in hard cover. Definition of BS. Your fault if you do, your fault if you don't.

Not to mention these wonderful one button controls that make you revive, go into cover and sprint all at the same time.

Cerberus is BS, Geth are BS and Collecturds are just as BS if not more + they give less XP and games generally take longer.

It's not that I can't stand them. Really, I would rather have them than Geth in a lot of cases. But I'm just saying that they are badly designed and not better than others  :)

I didn't think this would result in serious discussion, but there's really only one thing that needs to be pointed out: PuGs fail to Collectors more than any other faction, and the margin of difference is massive.

Collectors win.

I think largely because PUGS get pressed by bubbled and fast Praetorians into Scions and A-bombs. They block exits the best by far of all the bosses.

Yeah, I see your point on Reapers now.

And yes, buttlaz0rs are beautiful. (My condolences to Juggy's mom. Hope she's not a Pyro too)

Yes, I strongly approve. Only hard can handle Praetorian buttlaz0rs. I thought it was obvious?

You're right. And good thinking. But I get the feeling there are more Web spots then Cerb Turrets. Does this seem right?

Webs use pretty much the same locations as turrets, except fewer.

What? Are you positive?

But, Human Adept owns Collectors the most.

Oh, it now makes sense. It was a joke. Good. Cause Collectors are awesome. ... I guess so is Binary Helix... I guess.

Not at all, I can't stand Collectors either.

Now I'm confused. Who's more awesome. Me or Sinful Calvin?

"Error, Error." Just pointing it out.

That's because they pugs.

Yes. AdrenalinMods3s for the win. Best consumable in the game. My CQ kits can't get enough of them. Especially my Fury. Sucks having to play Fury with something else to conserve on AdreMod3s.

Reapers have the most avoidable BS by far. Everything is audible/visual.

To beef up reapers, all they had to do was to make Banshees silent. Now they are a joke.

And isn't that what the true meaning of headshot?

Welllll... What i was trying to describe was the scenario for scoring a headshot, and receiving a headshot medal respectively, for shooting a space crab in the arse with say ap or drill ammo Happened to me other the day thought that it was a fitting payback for all that sneaky butt-lazoring and all

Try a PS4 gamepad. Both 360 and the similar to 360 gamepad PS4 one are quite a bit better then the PS3 gamepads. PS3 gamepads require more fine aiming. Why I over aim all the time on the PS3 one (gives the feeling that analog sticks respond to less range) and even on the WiiU to a slight lesser extent then PS3. So my headshot capabilities on the WiiU & PS3 are non-existent, which alone makes the game much, much harder. Since this game is all about aiming.

Thanks for the suggestion, appreciated. Would you happen to know if it's backward compatible with PS3s and/or supported natively by PC? There's a couple of titles i might end up coughing up PS4 for eventually but don't want for it to repeat my PS3 fate... so would be good to practice controller skills without paying for the whole system

The PS4 gamepad can be used on a PS3, yes, I'm using it for a few months now. However, I don't find it better than the PS3 controller.

nope ... collectors are the best enemy faction ....  :wizard:

i agree. they're not the easiest one, Rippaz take that place, but Collectors are great in presenting player(s) with a good challenge which makes them the best

Collectors are the best faction designed. I can overlook every glitches in this game just because collectors exist. They are absolutely fantastic!

Yep, i'm also glad the bugsies are in the game

I didn't think this would result in serious discussion, but there's really only one thing that needs to be pointed out: PuGs fail to Collectors more than any other faction, and the margin of difference is massive.

Collectors win.

But that just proves that they're best faction seeing they deliver the real challenge (and you're spot on the PuGs vs. Collectors matches) and they manage it with the least amount of BS (yep, they do, the biggest grudge people have in the thread is buttlazors) compared to other factions. And that's what makes them great
