I see the thread here stating that the Cerberus Network issues are fixed but I am still getting a timeout when I try to connect to it. Are there any ports I should be opening on my router for it to work?
Also, because of this I downloaded and installed the extra content from the "Registered game promotions" page. Do I need to do anything in-game to get them working or are they now ready to go?

I'm having the same problem as you, man. I've got my DLC as well, but it's not letting me use it until I can connect to Cerberus Network, and that's giving me the Timeout/Interruption error as well. I'd like to know what's up, too.

Check to make sure your account is logged out in your browser. Had this problem earlier, logged out of EA account in browser, and in-game login succeeded.

I can't even get to a log-in screen for the Cerberus Network, I get the timeout/interruption error message before I can connect.

I know I was logged in through the browser when I was trying. Thanks for the tip, i'll give it a try when I get home.

Same here. Registered my account yesterday and downloaded and installed the two DLCs. But they cant be authorized and I can not log into CN since yesterday because of the time out / interruption.
Not good!

If you download and install them outside of the game, right off the BWSocial site are they still unusable until you login to the Cerberus Network in-game?

I also get the time out as well. Its not a huge deal as it's just DLC, but it is a bit annoying. Those having trouble can you see if you can get to the ea support site? I can't as it times out like the in game connection.

Yes. They must be authorized ingame via CN.
No CN, no DLC.
BTW, I have the normal game version, no CE.

That's what I was afraid of. Thanks for clarifying.

yeah it's getting annoying that I've got CE content, pre-order content, Blood Dragon armor, and the first bit of CN content but can't get into the actual CN in-game to activate it or anything.. Anyone have any official word from BioWare on the timeout/interruption issue? I can't find anything in the known issues thread because it's so caked up with complaining.

Well it's working fine now after no intervention of my own

If you are getting the connection timeout before being able to login at all, try what I posted here: http://social.biowar...x/807983#810773
