Agreed. The change they made to desire demons in DA:I was so overt it became stupid.
Except they didn't change them

Here is the video piece regarding Jerry Seinfeld and the politically correct culture we live in today where comedians have to suppress their art for fear of offending people.
Except they didn't change them

No, they just took them out because David Gaider felt that they were too offensive.
Based on what?
You'll be waiting for a long time.

I'm still waiting on the last person I said this too ![]()

I would love to see your source on that. I don't think it will be coming, though. Probably because it doesn't exist. Gotta love how everything that a certain group of people doesn't like suddenly becomes Gaider's fault.
The group either becomes scapegoats or they blame the Lead Writer
Thanks Gaider ![]()
I have to say, there are few things that I miss from the previous games more than the hilarious brothel. I would chalk it's absence up to the fact that we don't even have a damn city in DAI. If VR were a real place, we probably would have had one there.
Plus, given the content that made it into DAI, combined with the fact that their hilarious brothels have always been rife with their more "progressive" politics, I find the notion that they were cut for any reason other than bad planning is pretty unlikely, to be frank.
I want sexualized "escort" drone Chatika to "enforce pain compliance" on me.
And maybe a romance? e.g. look like this:

It all depends on a the person's sensitivies and tolerance level. I wasn't offended or taken back by the Miranda's outfit and closeups. In fact, I thought it was funny and just continued on cause it was just a videogame and not my Managerial Economics teacher coming into class with that outfit. Hell, even then I wouldn't care, as long as she teaches me the material needed to pass the exams then I am fine. Again, different people have different tolerance levels. I see it in movies, television, billboards all the time, why should I freak out all of a sudden because it is now in a videogame?
I wasn't offended and it certainly doesn`t have anything to do with political correctness. I just think it is silly. And it is silly to zoom on Mirandas ass in the most unfitting occasions. This is some bs Michael Bay uses in his movies to attract hormone driven teenagers. Imagine Christopher Nolan would let his female lead character walk around like this in "Interstellar" and constantly zoom in on her butt. No one would take this movie seriously anymore, and rightly so.
Sure, people have different tolerance levels, but Bioware needs to decide what kind of game they want to make. Those ass shots are more fitting for such goofy and giggly games like Duke Nukem or Saint Row. I don't mind those completely, but I don't want Mass Effect to become like this.
edit: Show more skin in romance scenes and I'm completely fine with this. But a character who supposed to have some level of authority, constantly running around like this is an absurdity.
Coming from a Colts fan, this is understandable.
lol wanna fight?
Say what you want but there will be at least one female party member to be the token "Hey look at my body" character.
I dont mind it. People will find anything to be offended about. Dont like something? Dont buy it! Not every product in the world has to cateer to your own demands. But then again Bioware changed the Desire Demons and took out ****** Houses because of the politically correct movement going on in videogames today.
We need more overly sexualized Krogan
