Seeeecrets. Yes they make changes without documentation quite often. They don't try to hide information, making it a secret, but lack of documentation sucks.

In most mp games, eventually you forget the original pre-nerf numbers because there's been so many nerfs and who honestly tracks all the changes since day 1.
Hell I certainly can't remember the original bonus damage and the in-lobby description reads for me at lv1:

Thankfully I stopped using longshot before it was even nerfed because I was tired of getting the aggro of the whole room. Stealth nerfs aren't cool though. I'm not certain that they even nerfed longshot again. I thought it had been this way for a while?

This was on Lego. I had shield up and used it until all my stamina was depleted and then it had a like 3-4 second red cool down
Perhaps there is a minimum amount of stamina required to use Shield Wall?

Were you knocked down? Using an ability right before that happens normally cancels the ability and makes it unusable for a few seconds.

Have they been pulling other shenanigans with the archers? Without long shot my archer was much much less effective than normal yesterday as I leveled him up. It was as if I was not even hitting much of the time. Has range on all of his attacks been reduced or sumpin?

You're either looking at the cooldown with the cooldown amulet on (which is 15.3 seconds) or you got the upgrade, which increases the duration by 1 second per enemy hit up to 7, which is 15 seconds total. That was always there.

With the Longshot ring (which you have equipped) it used to read 780% damage (600% base, + 30% from the ring)
Look at the balance changes thread again, bro. Nerfs section this time.

*shrugs* it did on the original weekly thread. Besides, it only makes sense to change the higher range bonus as well as the short range bonus. In anycase, just use the longshot ring and it'll all be K.
